Pump does not work

Absolute trash. The pump started giving us issues after one week. Stopped working entirely in less than 2 months, and we were traveling for work most of that time. DO NOT BUY.

Nothing comes out no matter how many times I pump it.

These don’t work. I bought two and neither of them will pump anything out at all.

Bought several of these. They look great and didn’t have issues with soap not coming out but one of them already broke after a few months of occasional use.

I bought the first one, filled it when I got home and it would not pump out soap. Target replaced that one, that one worked for 3 weeks and then stopped working. And within 3 weeks the black is rubbing off on the pump

I really like the look of this soap dispenser, but when i got it home and opened it to fill it with soap I discovered that it has an extremely strong chemical smell. It smells like model airplane glue. I'll be returning it.

Should have read the reviews before buying. The pump started to leak and cracked on the side. Soap goes everywhere. Seems like this is an issue. Would love to target to resolve this issue and allow buyers to return for store credit.

There was a crack. We didn’t realize till it was filled with soap and leaked everywhere!

I bought this bottle hoping to use it to dispense lotion on my bathroom countertop. I use a lot of lotion in the winter, and was hoping to replace the commercial-looking bottles with this sleek, concrete-looking bottle. Though the bottle is attractive and solid, it wouldn’t dispense the lotion I put into it - my sense is that lotion is too thick for it. On the bright side, Target immediately made this right for me, and I’ve cleaned out the lotion to use it for soap from here on out. So, buy this bottle if you need something to dispense liquid soap, and you like countertop decor with a modern and convincing, concrete-like feel. Probably avoid this bottle if you’re looking to dispense something thicker, like body lotion.

Super cute but mine leans a little? Other reviews mention that the pump isn’t reliable either. Still for the price I think it’s worth a try and it looks nice.

the design is cute, but that's all it's got going for it. only after a few months of use, the pump is falling apart, it's leaking soap everywhere at the top, I'm getting a weird chemical smell...

It’s very pretty, never worked. Could not pump out soap and it was not able to screw on great. Have to return unfortunately.

Leaks around the top, accumulates soap and make it look gross and green

It’s okay! The design is cute but the function isn’t the greatest. It’s hard to get the top on and it leaks a bit. Probably won’t last long.

Love it!! I have always used refillable soap dispensers because they look nicer than brand bottles. I buy those large bagged soap refills to so my best to minimize plastic waste. My old amber glass dispenser finally bit the bucket, so I got this one to replace it. I have hard water where I live, and I found that the glass dispenser showed water spots over time. This resin model is easy to clean and will blend well with many types of decor. The pump is plastic but not cheap looking, and it functions perfectly.

It didn't work ever. But did get money back from Target.

Description said white color it's not white at all and I would have to send back in order to get a refund it's nonsense!!! Not true to description or picture disappointed
