Great water bottle for kids
Works great, doesn't leak, is easy to take apart to wash and to reassemble. I hesitated to buy this based on reviews about sticky residue that was impossible to remove. While I agree that the sticky residue was annoying and the packaging could be improved, I was able to remove all sticky residue pretty easily be using a piece of the glue/gel substance to pick up any remaining residue. No scrubbing or nail polish remover required. I'm glad I took a chance.

Good bottle but has issues
The water bottle is fine, my grandson likes it and it doesn’t spill. My issue is the sticky stuff Contigo uses to hold down info card on the outside. It’s extremely sticky and hard to remove. My husband had to help and I ended up using polish remover. What is Contigo thinking. You’ll end up rubbing off any design to remove it all. Never again!

Sticky Bottle
Once I removed the packaging, I was left to clean a VERY sticky glue/ stubborn adhesvie that did not want to come off the body of the bottle. No amount of hot water with scrubbing, and rubbing alchohol with a towel got it all removed. Before even using this product, it became all scratched up trying to remove the adhesive that does not come off clean. This experience absolutely ruined the product for me. The features on the bottle itself are great. The bottle does not leak and they are easy to assemble and dissamble. This product would get 5 stars if the packaging adhesive was of better quality. If you don't mind sticky glue on your bottles, then maybe this is still a product worth your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this free in exchange for an honest review / all thoughts and opinions are my own. and it thankfully came just in time to really put it to the test with a trip to the soccer field to watch big brother!, After a mishap earlier this week with one of her bottles leaking all everything at soccer, you could say I was very excited to test this out as both my daughter's current bottles LEAK so I couldn't wait to put this one to the test, l'm pretty familiar with contigo, l've been a big fan of them for years but this is my first time trying one of their kids cups. I really like the soft spout, it seems fairly easy to clean so far. My daughter is only 16 months right now so she has trouble pressing the button to open it currently, however I've had no issues with that as this bottle doesn't leak at ALL! It may have a drip of water that's left in the spout, but you can hold it upside down and shake and nothing spills out! It's the BEST toddler approved bottle l've ever tried, i genuinely wish I had one of these with my son when he was younger now lol. Ontop of that, the design is ADORABLE! The colours are all very complimentary and I just think the bees, flowers, and butterflies are the cutest. I'm extremely thrilled that I love this bottle so much, I however am bummed that I discovered this new love at the end of the school year for my son - so l'll be adding one onto our back to school shopping list (and maybe momma can splurge get her own as well!) But seriously, if you're looking for a toddler friendly leak proof bottle, this is a must try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Weve been testing out the new Contigo kids water flask (the one with the butterflies and the AUTOSPOUT® lid), and its quickly become our go-to. My daughter figured out the flip-up straw right awayjust one push of a button and shes sipping. No leaks, no spills, no twisting or pulling. She loves carrying it around by the handle like its her own little purse, and I love that its easy to clean (the lid pops open so you can actually get into the crevices). Weve taken it on car rides, walks, and even tossed it into the diaper bag upside downand not a single leak. Honestly, Ive tried a lot of kids' bottles that say theyre spill-proof but dont deliver. This one actually does. And the butterfly print? So cute. Its bright and fun without being over the top. Big win in our house.

Sticky packaging
I was so excited to purchase my 1 year old a new water bottle and, with all the selections, I chose this one! I am excited for its features and everything it has to offer, but I have to say, as a mommy who doesn’t have a lot of time on her hands, the fricken sticky residue left behind upon opening the package has me incredibly distraught. I know I’m a person who personally cannot stand stickers and their dirty, sticker left behinds; however, the packaging with its gum-like sticking could be the death of me. I have used hot water, dish soap and a scrub over three times now and the residue is still there and, I’m not easily triggered, I clean poopy diapers and spit up for a living; however, this gooey mess in my sink has me incredibly distraught. I was so excited to take my boy out to purchase a new, big boy water bottle and now trying to clean it for his use is making me so frustrated. I really hope it functions well! I’m still excited to have it! I want to write my son’s name all over it and make it ours! I just can’t stand this disgusting goo all over it, brand new! I’m sorry for the 3 stars! I bet it’ll be nice once I get it finally clean
