I don't know how these work but they're a miracle! I have an extremely high arch and have had to get molds made of my feet for personalized shoe inserts, with these I can wear ANY shoe and sandal I was while still receiving the support I need - no more molds, money, or having to stress about my shoes and having to research which shoes are best and for which season. I can throw these on and I'm good to go, the best part is they're only $11?!!

I was told I have flat feet and it hurts when I walk on hard surfaces. I use while walking around the house it helps relieve pain. I tried walking barefoot and I have to put them on. I'm addicted. Works well in shoes and socks

For reference I am a size 9 shoe and I do have wide feet. These are not made to be a one size fits all! They do not have very much stretch so they are hard to get on and are very tight. The material is really rough on the outside and it has a rubber like feel and bumpy texture on the inside.

These are awesome for arch pain. They have just enough compression to relieve pain but small enough to fit under socks & in tennis shoes comfortably. They don’t have any metal or plastic to cause discomfort either. I highly recommend

They’re comfortable and seem to help. I am able to wear them all day and they don’t move. The first day I was on my feet more than usual and my left foot ached more, but that might have just been my foot getting used to it. It could be wider to cover more area.
Not ideal for women with smaller feet.

I wear a women’s 6.5 shoe, so this covers a huge part of my foot but it also won’t stay in place. While it does provide SOME relief, I’m sure it would be better if I had a larger foot.

The compression bands fit great and provide a lot of support through out the day. I noticed some days, I can't wear them all day because after the morning they start to bother my feet. I struggle with arthritis on my feet and ankles, so I definitely need support to walk with out pain.

Bought these on a whim and I’m glad I did!! Now in my 50s, my feet have been feeling tired and achy. That’s no longer the case now that I have these compression pieces for my feet. I’ve had a Bunionectomy in years past and knew I didn’t want anything squeezing my toes, and this fits the bill! At the end of the day, I put these on and my feet like I’m walking on clouds. No longer do my feet feel swollen, inflamed, or tired. To top it off, this is breathable and doesn’t shrink after washing. Highly recommended!!
