A: The label has “lactose free” but it’s done by adding lactase enzyme - in the list of ingredients. It uses filtered low-fat grade-a milk.

I am a huge fan of Core Power Elite protein Shakes. I have tried many different brands over the years and this is my favorite because of the high protein content and how easy it is to drink. I find it to be light, flavorful, and an enjoyable way to get my protein up especially after workouts or on the go. It has an incredible 42 grams of protein and only 7 grams of sugar! I mixed this with my protein coffee and it kept me full through breakfast and lunch! I like that it is sweetened with Stevia, but I was slightly disappointed that it also contains sucralose, so that is something to keep in mind. The taste is smooth, creamy, and delicious though, so personally I think the pros heavily outweigh the cons.

The flavor was good, not overly sweet and I think the chocolate flavor would definitely be my favorite. I drink one usually when I'm going to the gym but sometimes I just drink one in the mornings. The only thing for me is that these kind of drinks are always a little thick for me.
