Q: The picture is showing that this product is Non-Dairy, however, the Label Info is showing milk as being an ingredient. So is this dairy-free/vegan, or no?

A: Muscle Milk does not contain fluid milk, but it does contain dairy based proteins (calcium & sodium caseinate, milk protein isolate, and whey). Following FDA labeling guidelines, we use the non-dairy classification since it is consistent with their regulations. With our consumers in mind, we made sure to indicate on the front of the pack that the product "Contains No Milk / Includes Milk Proteins" to help inform those with allergies.

My 14 year old has a lot of trouble putting on and keeping on weight. He eats pretty healthy and works out a lot. I bought these to see if it would help and it has. He loves the flavor of the chocolate and drinks one every day before school. He has tried other brands and none compare.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The taste of artificial sweetner is so strong I was only able to take two drinks before having to throw the container away. Really awful. I think this is what Tab Cola must have tasted like.

Enjoy the flavor of deep chocolate. This has been my go to for quick breakfast or to help recover after I hit the gym. You can’t go wrong with this chocolate flavor. At times I will put in a large coffee mug & put a shot of expresso & makes it even better.

I decided to try these since I’m having trouble finding the Fairlife shakes I love. This is the worst protein shake I’ve ever tasted. It literally tastes like pepto-bismal. It does not taste like chocolate at all.

This is my favorite protein shake - incredibly little if any “protein taste” at all. It just tastes like a chocolatey drink and is very easy to stomach. The nutrition information is well balanced and I love that it is also non dairy.

as someone who has been looking for the best shake ever, im so glad my search is over! not only is the taste amazing, the texture is perfect as well. most shakes tend to be very grainy but MM is just like a homemade hot cocoa. the taste reminds me of melted chocolate and its the best.

Super tasty and target has the best price around. Drug stores and grocery stores are charging 9.99 - 12.00 per four pack. Sometimes target has them 30% off this already low price. I always buy as many as they have on the shelf!
