Q: can these be a meal replacement? such as breakfast?

  • A: Yes. It will suppress your hunger. I tried the 26g Vs the 42g . I’m a little heavier so the 42g worked for me better I didn’t have any cravings, same with the 26g but I’m aiming for high protein so 42g fills the gap for. Also recommend just buying the 42g you get a better bang for your buck anyway and more protein !

    Great flavor with 42 grams of protein

    Wow! 42 grams of protein. Love the vanilla flavor to grab on the way out the door. I have also used this to make desserts and pudding. This doesn't have any after taste and doesn't bother your stomach if you have problems with sugar alcohols

    I am usually not a big fan of the taste of protein drinks but this one taste really good! You don’t get that powdery taste that many protein drinks have. You can totally use this to create milkshakes or smoothies!

    My favorite on the go protien! It’s packed with protien and doesn’t hurt my stomatch. If I’m wanting a treat I also mix it with Diet Coke and it tastes just like a Coke flat! Keeps me full for the most part until my next meal or if I just need to hit my protien goals!

    A bit pricey but the most delicious protein drink I’ve ever had. No chalkiness or gross aftertaste it tastes just like vanilla milk and fills me right up! Great for right before the gym if you don’t have time to eat! Highly recommend!

    This ready to drink protein shake is delicious! It’s very similar to a vanilla milkshake just not as thick. It is very sweet, so if you’re not a fan of that, this may not be for you. Definitely helps keep you fuller longer.

    Packaging change brought a flavor change.

    I just want to add to the packaging change. Ever since "elite" was removed from the vanilla 42g shakes it seems the flavor has changed as well. They are not as creamy and not as "ice cream" like as before. Someone changed something and didn't tell us. Maybe I got a few bad ones? But I doubt it.. the Elites tasted better.
