This pillow is commonly used to help treat a variety of conditions affecting the neck and shoulders. This pillow is designed with the same features of our popular Tri-Core® Cervical Support Pillow with the addition to the built-in inflatable neck roll controlled by hand pump for convenient adjustability.
An inflatable firm cervical roll is built into one of the cervical lobes for customized support. The pillow's shaped center gently cradles head for better sleep when lying on the back. The raised side areas for side sleeping help keep the head level for proper alignment of the spine.

I tried other pillows since then and none are the same. This gives me the support I need as well as the comfort at the correct angle to get a good nights sleep.

I’ve used the tri-core and d-core for more than 20 years but I’ve gone through them much faster because the fiber inside isn’t cotton anymore and shift (splits where you need support)within a few months. These have been the only pillows that have helped my poor beaten up neck but now I’m constantly trying new pillows from here and my chiropractor. I ordered this pillow in hopes that the air would give the support vs the shifting fiber fill that is used now. The fibers still shifted, so the fiber side doesn’t have support and the air side is uncomfortable bc of the plastic. Starting over again :(

As you pump you can adjust the firmness and height of the pillow. BUT the pillow broke after four nights of using it. The pump is poorly held and broke off. I am returning it.

I am a disabled veteran with neck injuries from combat that required disc replacement surgery. I need a pillow with the shape of a memory foam pillow, but also finely adjustable support under the cervical curve. I have been using PART of the Air-Core adjustable pillow for many years now. Specifically, the adjustable air bladder. The fiber-fill part of this pillow, or the Tri-Core pillows, flattens out so that they don't provide the proper neck curve support. However, the bladder helps with that—if only the surrounding fiber fill wouldn't flatten out. The solution I came up with is to remove the Air-Core's adjustable air bladder, cut a slit into the side of one lobe of a Memory Plus Cervical Pillow, then slide the air bladder inside. That provides the durable material and proper shape, plus the ability to fine-tune the cervical curve support. I've been doing this since the air bladders in the Air-Core Pillow was made out of black rubber like a piece of sealed-off inner-tube. Recently, I bought an Air-Core Pillow and put the air bladder into a Double Core Select Foam Cervical Pillow, so I don't need to slice a pocket into the pillow. It seems to work pretty well so far. However, it would be VASTLY better there was a memory foam pillow with adjustable bladders already installed into both lobes, so people could have a properly shaped, durable material pillow that can be finely adjusted to each person's needs. Make a pillow like this and I will buy it for the rest of my life.

I have spent, what must by now be, in the thousands for pillows. I have tried them all. No matter what, I would wake up on my stomach with my head back, teeth clenched, feeling much worse than when I went to bed. There is some psychology and physiology involved here. I understand and work on all that, too. But finding a pillow that allows me to truly sleep, and enjoy the wonderful rest and healing that sleep can bring -- that is just as important. Combining this pillow with the teardrop pillow, I am now sleeping pretty comfortably on my side; and I have only ended up on my stomach once since I got them. I find that I need to adjust the air level occasionally in the pillow, and this is so simple and effective that it doesn't bother me at all. I find the pillow itself to be comfortable and versatile. Perhaps my best complement is that if traveling overnight by car, it is the first thing I pack. I haven't yet done an overnight trip where I won't be able to pack this pillow, and frankly I am not looking forward to it. I trust my Travel Core pillow, which I have had for many years, will suffice until I get back to my Air Core.

I got my 1st non adjustable cervical pillow from my chiropractors office 13 years ago. It helped my mangled neck SO much! 3 years ago I found myself needing adjustability for when my neck is extra needy. 3 years later & still loving my air chamber cervical pillow! The air chamber is just now starting to leak air a bit while I'm sleeping. Considering the cost vs length of time the pillow has lasted and it is still less than I used to spend on purchasing pillow after pillow in hopes of finding some relief for my neck. I tell everyone I know about this adjustable pillow! I am 1 car accident away from being paralyzed my neck is that bad. This pillow is the only way I can get a good nights sleep. There is a getting used to it time period which was about a week for me. It didn't make my neck sore at all during that time period, just a little more stiff than my 'normal'. After that it is smooth sailing & peaceful sleeping. I can't say enough good things about this amazing pillow!

i had tried cervical pillows before and after a few nights, would return them because they just weren't comfortable. this adjustable cervical pillow is great - because of the way it's made, i am able to sleep on my side, as well as, on my back. it's helped my neck pain and migraines. the price was reasonable, and the quality is excellent.

This was to replace my tricore which was 18 yrs old. I knew about the product already, but thought the air feature would come in handy when the lobe relaxed. Have not needed the extra air assist yet. I did pump it up and seems to work as advertised.

This pillow has helped me to see my chiropractor less. The adjustability of it is awesome! I would highly recommend it for anyone with serious neck problems. I have found that it works best if you pump it up firmly, then lay down and slowly allow air out until it feels comfortable. Works like a charm!

This is my first purchase from Core and I am very pleased! I have only had my pillow for a short time so I'm not sure how it will hold up. But so far I am loving it! It has has helped greatly with my cervical alignment & I am getting a much more restful sleep. I would highly recommend this product!

Too soft. Go with the one you do not have to pump up. The bladder in this only inflates the straight side of the pillow. Feels more worn out than my original core pillow that I used for 4 1/2 years.
My neck and shoulders are so happy!
