I am a side sleeper and I often found that in the mornings, my legs were prone to cramping while getting out of bed. I bought the Knee Disc to help give me better hip support at night as I have an issue with mu SI joint on my left side, I sleep on my right side. I not only found the Disc to give me some relief in my left hip, but it appears to have help even more so in reducing the number of mornings when I have leg cramps. It is easy to use and comfortable.

When I rest my knee in it, there is still at least an inch and one-half of disc around the entire circumference which is not used. The excess then pushes against my thigh and the rest of my leg. Such is uncomfortable. For this reason, I would have given it three stars instead of four; but I am able to sleep with the spacer on one of my sides. Therefore, I gave the item four stars. Interestingly, it does not work for sleeping on my other side.

I wish it were longer, more oblong shape. The cover is not zipper but it does come off so you can wash it.

It took me a few nights to get used to the positioning and feel of it, but since then, I'm very comfortable with it. So much better than wrestling with a pillow between my knees. But last night, I did not use it and this morning I didn't feel as good. So, I'll be sure to use it each and every night. It also is very good quality.

I've been using it a good 2-3 months now and Im still quite satisfied. It takes a minute to get used to because of the thickness and shape but my back/hips feel much better when sleeping with this. I do like the indent, and it doesn't upset my knees. Prior to this i'd used a pillow, but this has definitely helped my lower back pain.

I like using this knee spacer disc, I previously had the standard foam leg spacer which wore out. This disc is just a bit uncomfortable at first until you get used to it, because of the shape. No indent for your legs unlike the previous one. But then could be the indents that made the previous one wear out so quick? Overall the disc does the job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first this was strange for me to get used to using but once adjusted correctly, it helped so much with my lower back and hip pain that I periodically get from being in outside sales and on my feet all day (wearing heels). I needed something small in size because I tend to get warm during the night. Also I am 5ft tall and didn’t want something that made me more uncomfortable. This has helped to relieve the tension on my back. I still find the material a little warm but again that is most likely because of my hot flashes at night.

Simple to reposition at any time. I get a lot of comfort from the pain of my degenerative knees, and also with my hips, as this gives me a better position for them...enough to allow me to sleep better, and THAT is amazing! Very happy with this discovery. Will definitely be a part of my routine for treatment.

It also claims to have a unique self-centering design to keep the pillow in place, and it says it supports legs to promote proper spinal alignment. I got this to use due to having multiple hip operations after a car accident. I usually just fold a thin regular pillow in half and use that while sleeping on my side. But I thought I'd try this specifically made pillow to place between the knees. I absolutely hated this pillow! It was horrible to use due to the weird shape. I do not understand why it is wider at the edges and more hollow at the center. I would think it would be the exact opposite in order to support in between your knees at the kneecaps. This pillow just causes pressure to be put on your thighs. No matter what I did I could not use this since it was so incredibly uncomfortable. My wife also tried this for use after an abdominal operation and she hated it even more than I did! This pillow is just completely the wrong shape in my opinion. I would not recommend this Wonder Disc and I would NOT purchase again.

I have had surgery and been to several different Doctors and still no major relief until now! This pillow is amazing! I can't explain how it works, but it does! I noticed improvement after just a few nights of use and now I refuse to sleep without it! I would recommend this pillow to anyone suffering from Sciatica!!!

I have tighter hips and I noticed a slight difference after using this pad. It’s comfortable and the pad itself while being used doesn’t get hot. Overall, it’s a good pick up. The only downside is that the pillow case is white and it shows dirt and hair really easily.

The memory foam works well to keep it where you want it. It's just a little too firm at first, it does soften up some after a little while. But I have to say it does keep my hips aligned.

No more than about 10 inches across and concave on both sides. While I initially thought this would be comfortable, it is not. The ridges around the sides are too firm and it digs into your leg above your knee. It is also so small, it's easy to lose it quickly with the slightest adjustment to your position. Overall, not for me.

I have both knee arthritis and spinal problems with arthritis and wasn't comfortable using this product at all! I placed it horizontally between my knees and in the vertical position and was not comfortable because as a light sleeper I sleep in various positions. I even placed the pillow between my legs while laying on my side and no, wasn't comfy at all. This product seems to be for people that lay on their backs.

I was excited to hear about the Original Wonder Disc Knee Spacer Support Pillow, as I hoped it would save some space. I was very impressed! What is nice about the Original Wonder Disc Knee Spacer Support Pillow is how little space it takes up, but is still able to give me the separation I need when I sleep. It is also very soft, just like a pillow should be. One thing I really like is the top/bottom of the pillow has a slight indention, which makes it easy to rest your knee inside it. I am very happy with the Original Wonder Disc Knee Spacer Support Pillow and will be recommending it to my family!
