Second time's the charm! My 1st order of 2 shelves arrived & I was so excited....but both were damaged. Return process very easy, 2 more shipped. 2nd set arrived with a couple scratches but put them up...love them. Installation would be faster if a template came with, made one & done! Love'em!

First off, the instructions were not intuitive at all. Second, the anchors are a terrible design - it was very difficult to get the shelf to lay flush against the wall. We had to use the anchors though, because the stud screws were too short to reach the studs! Third, completely unstable. I could only put one small planter on it in the very back corner. Anything else and it pushes the shelf down. I ordered 2, but will only return 1. It took so much trial and error (and so many holes drilled!), that our wall now looks like swiss cheese. The shelf will be kept solely to cover the holes. Such a poorly designed shelf that it's not worth the effort to attempt a proper installation of the second one.
