Turned out to not be a good item

I would be very careful buying this product. I am so disappointed and not only the product but I’m disappointed in target plus I could not get the umbrella down because the tilt mechanism broke on its own and went and tilted so now the umbrella will not come down. I have no way to return it. I have pictures to show target and they will not give me my refund unless I return it.
