Q: Two part question: 1) how wide is this rack WITHOUT the feet attached, meaning the width of just the vertical metal supports? 2) Is it required to attach the feet?

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. It seemed like good quality; however, nothing was labeled with which part was which even though the instructions indicated A, B, C, etc. We decided not even attempt to put it together. Will be returning.

Nothing fit together properly. I couldn’t even get it put together so it’s all in parts in the garage about to be trash because my return window expired and I have no way of asking questions for how to get it to work. So terrible product and terrible customer service (because of a lack of service) Even with my husband trying to manhandle it together and it wouldn’t go.

This is the biggest waste of money and time spent. The "shelves" are soft plastic and ripping as the screws are being installed with the allen wrench. The bottom "feet" stoppers do not fit. There is ZERO chance that this is going to hold anything heavier than a sandal for any length of time. Too much of a hassle to unassemble and ship back so I will just kiss this $50 goodbye.

Advertised to hold 30 shoes, I got 41 on mine. Assembly is an easy concept, the part that makes it hard is it is time consuming (even having another person there holding my poles straight for me) and my hand hurt halfway through tightening each screw with the little allen wrench and redoing the screws if the shelf I was working on wasn't straight. Worth the 50% off price.
