So I had this over 30 days now. It runs almost continuously. As a matter of fact, I only turn it off for cleaning. Highly effective. Seems to be energy efficient. I truly believe that it saves on my energy bill. I'm using this in my basement as I am remodeling. It helps keep the moisture levels down and helps drywall compound setup quicker allowing for better productivity. I took away 1 star only for the fact that it seems to struggles bringing the moisture level below 30 percent even though my basement area is under 1000 square feet…and maybe I am asking for a bit too much. I am very happy with how it works and the value it brings.

Great for moisture control, noise levels for this machine are not loud like usual machines. Size and weight are adequate with your standard dehumidifiers. Over all great quality.

Works fantastic. Tried several dehumidifiers from "big box" stores and none held up for more than a year or 2. This one does an amazing jog in a below grade garage.

I purchased this unit about a year ago. The unit is solidly build with a metal frame. Compared to my older floor based dehumidifier this unit throws a great deal of air, making it ideal in large room or crawl spaces.The unit came with the control unit on a long cord. At some point I will mount the control panel outside my crawl space but for now i just leave on top of the unit.

I own many buildings , garages and houses.This unit is in a very upscale garage with a lot of very nice tools and automobiles. So dry , nice smelling , mold and mildew prevention is a must . The size of the unit is not bad at all . I'd say it's good value for the price ! I have this unit hard piped outside so there are no leaks at all

This is a workhorse, I use it in a 1000+ square foot crawlspace. It easily dries mine down to 45% relative humidity, and uses less electricity than the big box store brand I replaced. Heftier, quieter, expect it to be more durable, more expensive but better long term value.

The dehumidifier is very well made. It is very effective in managing the humidity levels in my 1000 square foot crawlspace. The unit is very quiet, setup is simple, and the air quality in my crawl space has improved significantly.
