A darker stone would be nice
Very good impressions so far. Baked it at 700 degrees F for 3 minutes. Perfect. Would be nice to have a dark glazed stone as the white ones stain easily.

Very fun and easy to use
I never expected it to do so much, from smoking lamb chops to making delicious pizzas and even grilling steaks over an open flame. Make sure you use pellets otherwise it's hard to get it to heat up correctly. However if you use the right pellets and follow the instructions it heats up very quickly because of the clever way it's made. This is a quality pizza oven. I love the way it sits on a shelf in my shed because the legs fold up and the chimney can be removed to go in. I think it's a lot of fun and totally worth it. Now I just have to buy a pizza peel which in hindsight you might want to order too when you order one of these.
