I opened it as soon as I received it and was pleasantly surprised to find that the fan blades are made of aluminum, not plastic, giving the entire fan a high-quality look. It was very easy to install. I chose the rose gold color, which looks very vintage. The fan is also very powerful. I really like it, so I decided to write this review.

Great white noise
Finding the perfect white noise fan isn't easy! There is a balance between the volume and wind; plus, it has to be pretty. I think I have found the one that works for me. This fan is very sturdy and heavier than it looks, which is important for my pups' safety. I like that I can adjust the height, so the air isn't directly on me when I sleep. At night, I use Level 1, but Level 3 has a lot of power if you ever need it. It was easy to put together, but some of the parts are small, so get out your readers. The front and back of the fan connect with a small lever, which is super helpful for cleaning. My last one had to "click together," which was annoying. I think it's very reasonably priced.

Beautiful fan Cools off the room nicely
I really like the fan. I assembled it myself so that means anyone can do it. The fan works great not as great as Vornado but way better than other fans The color is stunning And goes with my decor& wood floors I like the sound of a fan - this one you will definitely hear or have to turn down a speed no sound on speed #2 But still a really nice fan way better than the fan I had before helps to circulate a/c I've even been able to sleep without the AC and justice fan and a ceiling fan if that helps If I was supposed to get a remote with this fan, I did not receive one

Here's some things you should know before purchasing, as I read a lot of the reviews for this fan here, and I can shed some light. #1: The fan IS "loud" in the sense of the 'fanning' sounds it makes. Personally, I like the heavier fanning sounds fans can make as it helps me sleep. IF you like a "quiet" fan, do not purchase this fan. #2: This fan is incredibly irritating and obnoxious to put together. I had my boyfriend help me after a few attempts on my own, and he said "this fan was a pain in the a**!". Instructions are vague, the package does include supposedly what you will need, but we still had to use our own tools additionally for assembly. #3: The fan has 3 settings but I cannot tell the difference between these three, they all sound, look and feel the same. HOWEVER, if you like a powerful fan, this is a great choice. The fans volume and power are definitely a PLUS for this product. Overall, I wouldn't suggest this fan for just anyone. If it hits the points you may like about it, go for it? …but personally I would not purchase again. Too much hassle for assembly.

Is everything it appears to be
It came timely and well packaged. As usual, the directions leave much to be desired. I found a 6 inch flat head screw driver works best, the Phillips head began to slip on the first attempt. Be mindful of the rear blade guard handle position, to the screws that match up to be removed that were very tight and the blade goes on the flat spot on the shaft. The motor install is a bit foggy now but pay attention to what you\'re doing, as per the drawing. There is a set screw that\'s purpose seems to be to keep it from moving/tilting, I can\'t remember. And there\'s a tiny set & nut to hold the two blade guards together that I opted not to install, I suppose to discourage a child that loves to take things apart. It\'s heavy because of the weight you easily install at the base, it seems to move air very well, it\'s kind of quiet on low. But not my preferred hum for sleeping to as yet, that all cheap fans seem to have provided me. But this fan is as handsome as the photos show and as sturdy and well built as they claim.
