I'm disabled and had an air conditioner repairman install it, but from what I understand it shouldn't be hard to install if you have some mechanical and electrical skills and follow the instructions. This machine works great for both cooling and heating. I used it to dry cabinets in my shop/office after painting them with the heater on. I'm very happy with this machine so far. Looks well made and runs efficiently! Very quiet, just what I needed. It's hot and humid where I live but it cools very well. I recommend it!

replaced my wall mounted air conditioner with this mini split. This system is very quiet and can easily be left on while I sleep. I run it on a 15 amp circuit with no issues. My bedroom is large with vaulted ceilings and an open bathroom. My home faces west and gets lots of sunlight, but this mini split air conditioner cools my room down in minutes. The only problem is that I can't connect to the WiFi app.
The price is really good.

This is a really good deal for the price. It was super easy to install. It's fine for a DI line, but not for someone who has never installed one. The accessories are very easy to remove. As long as you can tighten the horn nut hard.

I bought 3 of these units, 2 for upstairs and 1 for downstairs, we have a barn floor and these two units keep the upstairs fairly cool and the downstairs cool as we all know cold air sinks, the only time you need to run one downstairs is when you are in the kitchen or doing laundry…I have them installed.

thought the shipment was one big package, but the wall mount unit came first. A day or two later, the second package came in a separate box. So, if you order, be sure to keep an eye out for both packages. The unit is not heavy and can be installed by one person. It comes with the condenser, wall fan, insulated wires, power cord, and remote. It has a power of 12,000 BTU and according to the listing, it can cool a room of over 700 square feet. I use it in my living room which has an open kitchen and a total area of about 800 square feet and it does a great job cooling it. The noise level is really low even with my toddler sleeping in the room. The installation was not bad, but not too easy because you have to test the freezer line. The style of the unit is white (glossy) which blends in with my wall and looks beautiful. Not sure how long these mini split units will last, but so far so good. The wall mount unit is about 32 inches wide and 12 inches tall. It is well constructed and the condenser is rated for outdoor use. Overall, I am very happy with my unit.

Installation was a breeze. The unit works perfectly. I love that it connects to my Alexa and I can voice control it or use the Della app. I bought one of the smaller 110 volt models to put in an upstairs bedroom and it not only does a great job cooling that room, it also keeps the temperature down on the landing and helps the central HVAC system keep the rest of the house cool. This is great since we live in a 1905 house with very poor insulation. I plan on getting another Della and putting it in another bedroom.
Installation is surprisingly easy.

Finally got around to installing my attic mini split air conditioner. This was a reinstall of a previous mini split air conditioner (different brand), so a lot of the work (drain pipes, holes in the wall, 240v AC) was already in place from the previous unit. For installation, you definitely want to double check the length of the lines two or three times. Mine was just over my estimate, so I had to move the mounting hardware around a bit to accommodate the shorter line set. Bought a relatively inexpensive HVAC vacuum pump and gauge on COSTWAY, and watched a few videos to confirm the steps of the process. All in all, the *actual* time for the installation was about 3 hours. It took some extra time to remove the old system and move the mounting hardware, but that shouldn't be factored into this install. If you were starting from scratch, assuming you already had 240v AC installed, a skilled handyman would probably take 3 hours to complete the process. All the components came in as expected. The wiring diagram was easy to follow. The system is much quieter than my previous unit. For the price, this is an excellent product, comes with a good installation manual, and the hardware needed to complete the installation.

Two days after the 30 day warranty period expired and still no refrigeration. The seller has taken care of this issue. They have been proactive in ensuring that there will be no further issues with the unit during shipping.
