I had a very frustrating experience with this purchase. At the time of ordering, the product was listed at an offer price of $157.99. After applying a first-purchase discount and other offers, the final amount shown was around $143. However, immediately after completing the purchase, I was charged $203 instead. This was extremely disappointing and unexpected. I’m not sure whether this was a system error or something else, but it definitely raises concerns. I’ve reached out to customer service to resolve the issue and will update this review once I receive a response.

Do not buy.
Main control panel failed after a couple months. Outside of return window and warranty. I can only turn it on and off that’s it and I have to use the remote to do so. It’s stuck on one setting. Display is off and no buttons on the unit work.

No drain hole.
I was very disappointed with this air conditioner because it has no drain hole & fills up with water. Very poor design. Never had one that didn't have a drain hole.

If installed properly, the excess water should drip out the rear of the AC. At the end of the season, any remaining water should be removed by slightly tilting the unit. Hope this helps! Do not recommend !
This AC is not worth it. This AC can be turned on for 2+ hrs and it will not make my room cold, mind you my room is small. I will have it on cool mode on 65F and it will literally feel like it's on fan mode.

I used to think I was hot, now I'm cool with my TC
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boy, the summer is in full heat! I was extremely lucky to be gifted a TCL Air Conditioner for my honest review. When the box arrived, we couldn't wait to open it. It has all the bells and whistles you could want. First of all, I was extremely impressed by how nice looking it is. Feeling hot? No need to get up! The unit comes with an easy to use remote. On the actual air conditioner, the buttons are set up to make using it very easy. The mute button somewhat cuts down the noise, but it's not a total mute. There are different levels of the fan speed and temperature settings. The temperature can be set as low as 61° and that along with the high fan speed makes your room nice and cool! At the top of the unit is what I call the swing... It provides the direction of the air coming out of the unit. If you push the button once, it moves up and down. Hit it again, and it becomes stationary in the position that you push the button. There are way too many features of this wonderful air conditioner for me to summarize in this review. I highly recommend this TCL Air Conditioner to you if you want to be cool like me!
