A: It seems very difficult to replace the paper roll. Am I missing something, or do you need to unscrew the whole section and re-screw it all back?

The easel is cute, but ours arrived with some stains and two of the wood pieces have splits in them. It will also not be easy to fold (requires unscrewing and re-screwing) and the same for exchanging the paper roll. Other easels seem to have a better system to replace paper.
