It's hard to break in, but works great when used frequently!
I had some difficulty getting everything to work at first. When it gets broken in after some use it works great. I was having trouble with the front wheels blocking it from folding back to normal, but you turn them away from the front of the hand truck and lock them. I use it for work everyday and love it.

The wheels that pop out don't have a good mechanism to keep them locked in, they constantly come out by themselves. Other than that it's a great dolly

Smart hand truck
This is a life saver. It is so handy when moving heavy package or furniture. For example I moved a heavy and huge chair with this hand truck closer to a faucet to get it cleaned. It\'s smart designed so that it can transform to a flat cart to make it stable and easy to move. It came with tightening belt. It\'s quality built to last and heavy duty. So it\'s a bit heavy itself but not a big deal because it\'s mobile.

Simple construction yet sturdy
I love the fact it has different positions for different jobs. It can be used as a dolley or flatbed cart. Assembly was a breeze and it tucks away in the garage well. I\'m glad I got this as it was so handy.

Heavy duty
This hand truck helps so much at loading heavy boxes! Assembly was a piece of cake! Wheels roll so firmly and smoothly. The convertible design ease much of the loading of big boxes. Easy to maneuver. One thing I hope for was a wider slate but everything is good as is.

Saving Time

Okay-ish. There are some problems
The handcart is decent for the most part. The pins that are supposed to hold the wheels on don't work. They broke and fell off within the first 30 feet of moving the empty cart. Which caused me to lose the washers and the wheels fell off. I contacted the company to get new washers and they have not worked with me. I still need giant washers to help the wheels roll smoothly, but once I bought new, heavy duty pins, the handcart has been working. The handles are not the most comfortable or convenient to use while moving a load. Transitioning from dolly to cart is not as easy or straightforward as I was hoping. I am making it work, but I would not repurchase or recommend this product unless they make some improvements. At the very least they should be able to include pins that are heavy duty enough to keep the wheels on while the cart is moving.

Smaller wheel broke during initial use
I was using this to move about 10 bags of mulch--heavy but not too heavy. I had it on four wheels. One of the small wheels bent and would turn, causing the wheel rubber to peel off immediately. This was the first, and last use of this device.
