Please measure the area before ordering
It arrived promptly and in perfect condition. We had to cut it apart as the space was a little smaller than we thought, but once we got the size right it was an easy install.

Awning Installation Tips: Solid Walls vs. Hollow Walls
This awning is made of durable hard plastic and requires self-assembly. The assembly process is simple, but the most challenging part is attaching the awning to the wall. The included screws are for solid walls, so you need to confirm whether your wall is solid or hollow. If it is a hollow wall, you will need to use different screws. Since the awning is made of lightweight plastic, the screws can keep it firmly in place when installed correctly.

Replacement is cheaper than repair
This is a replacement I bought many years ago, it was super easy to assemble and hang, but over the years my center piece has disintegrated, become brittle, and is now starting to crack, it was cheaper to replace the whole thing than just that one piece, other than the center piece everything else is still like the day I bought it

Love it!
There are three windows on the west side and it gets very hot. (First photo) When not in use, the awning is fully retracted, out of the way and barely noticeable. (Second photo) For the photo, it was retracted less than halfway. (Third photo) The awning is fully down, blocking the hot sun from the windows. Just to show that the awning can be positioned in a variety of ways to suit your needs. The last two photos show the amazing temperature difference the awning has made in our home! 20 degrees! Everything else was spot on, color, size, quality, rainproofing, ruggedness, and price. Absolutely worth the money.

Attractive, lightweight awning
I bought a bunch of them and have them at my house and my parents house. They look pretty cool. I have assembled one but have not installed it yet. It is a little hard to assemble by one person but I managed it. The reason I have not installed any of them yet is that they look very easy to be damaged by wind or hail. Since I live in the center of the storm, I plan to wait until late spring and hopefully they will last a while. I give them 5 stars because I know exactly what I am buying.
