There is a nice big platform on top
We had a little trouble assembling it but once it was done it was worth it! Great quality. I chose this because it was the perfect height for my window and the top platform was the largest to accommodate my multiple cats - wish it was a little bigger though. I would buy this again.

Great instructions and easy assembly. Great quality and sturdy. I have assembled many times and this was by far the easiest. The fabric and holes lined up perfectly!!! Game changing; I didn't have to re-drill holes!!! Oh and my cat raved about it too!!

It works really well. I love it but my cats haven't gotten into it yet. It's better for heavier cats. My cat is 14.6 lbs. I thought it would be hard to assemble but I'm old!

I was going to give it 5 stars because one of my cats started using the sisal mat before it was fully finished. I can only give it 3.5 stars (rounded) because of a missing threaded receiver. I managed to devise a makeshift fix.

Best cat tree at the best price!
My cats love this tree! The ball on top is all broken and the rope is a mess! The base of this tree is heavy enough that even with my large and active cats I don't have to actually plug it into the wall - but if you do want to plug it into the wall you'll need a drill.

Good - Notes
Our cats love this. Just today, one of them was playing like usual and somehow got his beautiful tail caught tightly by the string on a dangling ball. He was terrified and hurt, as was my daughter, who was trying to help. Our cat escaped easily once I cut the string, but not before he was hanging by his tail, spinning and struggling - while his weight pulled the string tighter and tighter. So be aware of this possibility. I have since removed both strings and they love it, but I never want to go through that again!

OMG! I love this cat tree so much. The only thing that was a little bit of a hassle was the two "holes". Oops!!! It was a real challenge for me to adjust the screws. It took me 43 minutes to get those two holes. Once I got them, the rest was super easy. For the price, I really think it's a great value. I have to admit, this is my first time to have a kitten, let alone two. Hope they like it.

My Maine Coon loves this tree. She is eight months old and weighs 20 pounds. So far, the tree is supporting her weight very well. It is the perfect height for her to look out the window. The hammock is holding up very well.

I love this cat tree so much, it's everything I expected it to be: sturdy, beautiful, well made, easy to assemble, and it really prevents further damage to my furniture. I love that it's big enough for my larger cats (Maine Coon and Siamese). The only downside is that the 12.2" basket is too small, so I switched to a 14.5" basket that I purchased separately. My babies are in heaven in their new cat tree castle, it's guaranteed to keep you happy!

Easy to assemble
It was super easy to assemble and my cats can be seen curled up with them to sleep or play with them all day and night. It is super easy to clean and I love how soft the grey one is. I have been using it for a while and it feels very sturdy. There is no wiggling or tearing of the material.
