    do not waste your money

    it leaks from somewhere under the machine it has about a 1.25 gallon capacity for clothes...if your clothes will not fit in bucket, they will not fit in this washer. one twin size sheet or one towel or 4 t-shirts...this represents 3 loads in this

    Bought this machine temporarily because i had plumbing problems but i didn't know how good and powerful was this machine. Honestly i use more this than the regular. Perfect when you have toddler for quick wash.

    How To Unclog Machine (E5 Error Message)

    I kept getting the E5 (not draining) error and couldn't find any videos on how to unclog this specific machine. I'm bad at recording and speaking at the same time, but basically: 1) Unscrew the two screws on the back panel of the machine 2) unscrew the white screw part in the first picture with your hand 3) pull the white part you unscrewed out, while also pushing back the silver lever (circled in green and really hard to push. My brother had to pull the white part out while I pushed the silver thing) 4) use something to pull out the clog (I used a clog claw to pull out that sock) 5) pull the silver lever back so that you can put the white screw part back 6) make sure the silver lever is inside the clear hole connected to the white screw part and the metal string (circled in blue) is inside the crevice facing you (not backwards) 7) screw the white part back tightly (but not so tight you can't get it off again) 8) close the back of the machine After I did this, I did some laundry and it worked perfectly! Hope this helps!

    Edit: Just spoke with customer service! Super helpful! Overall- Costway has wonderful customer service, and there is always someone available to help. I just received my "new" washing machine… only to realize the lid is locked! I never even used it! It's a defect, and while customer service is helpful- factory is giving me such a headache!!!

    Seems to work, manual is bad and was missing a piece

    The washing machine seems to work. Today it's giving me a E9 error, will keep the review updated. It arrived with a missing hindle for the hatch inside, it doesn't seem to affect the overall functionality but it's annoying and I am gonna ask them to send over the spare piece.

    So, my family goes through these small washing machines. They typically last about a year and a half with daily, heavy use. I've always tried a different washing machine when it's time to replace. This one is not the best, no where close. I have yet to get through a normal cycle as the spinner gets going and just doesn't seem to stop. There is no explanation of the different settings, and i really don't need the clothes to dry fully between the wash and rinse cycle, which seems to be what is trying to do. I'm not in the mood to deal with returning it. It will likely burn itself out quicker than the others due to this over spinning issue, and I'll replace it. But there's no way I would recommend this washer to anyone knowing there are so many other, better ones that actually work properly.

    Who ever wrote the instruction book dosnt speek English and even when you desipher them they are worthless otherwise once I figured it out, after some trial and error the unit works fine

    Works great

    It is very efficient, I have it in my backyard connected to the hose but you will need a different inlet water hose for this. The one that comes with it is for an inside sink. It is very small compact size but still washes a good amount of clothes. I can’t figure out the heated wash function, idk if it that one actually works.

    I looked for months and finally decided on this one! I bought it and got the cost way one which is amazing! It's smaller than they say (we fit it into a 16"x17" next to our sink! It washes extremely well and has so many wash options! You can load it manually with water or throigh the sink adapter. Just take the big black washer out (leaving thin black washer in) from the part that connects to the sink to adapt it to your kitchen sink and leave in the big washer and small washer in if you want to adapt it to your bathroom sink! It spins as well as my moms huge LG machine (yes really!) and can be plugged into a normal three prong US standard outlet! So many good things to say about this machine! Maybe I'll make a video! Also: HUGE capacity! I put three pairs of sweatpants underwear and a few tank tops in at once! You can drain it into any sink high or low! No leaks! So happy! I put felt bottoms (the ones you get for furniture not to scratch the floor) and it glides smoothly on the floor so no need for wheels yet

    This is a great little machine. The reason I purchased this particular model is because it has its own built in heating element and gets the water steaming hot. The machine works beautifully it is great for one or 2 people would not recommend for a family. The instructions are a little difficult to understand so I contacted the manufacturer and they responded and answered all my questions right away. They are a company that takes great pride in their products and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
