For the cost of this umbrella, I would have thought it would have been very sturdy. Feels flimsy and the canopy supports seem cheap. Will see how long it lasts. Canopy is thin material.

Not a heavyweight at all
Not really "heavy duty". Fairly lightweight and looks like it will last a single season - MAYBE 2. I loved how when I was closing the device earlier today, I saw a sticker on the crank for opening and closing that was.... WRONG. It said turn the crank clockwise to put the umbrella UP, counterclockwise to turn it down. Oops. You all got it wrong. Exactly backwards from the way it really works.

Beautiful navy blue 9ft umbrella
It's beautiful ? I'm glad I bought it. The color is sharp, it went up just fine. Shall see about the durability of it. I love the size. It's perfect for my little porch. I miss being outside but the sun can cause my fibromyalgia issues. Unfortunately. So this umbrella will help me be out in the fresh air more often. I love spring and this was perfect. It was super easy to assemble. The crank works well. The tilt seems perfect too. I will update on it's durability in the future.

Excellent Quality
Solid pole assembles easily, nice finial screws in easily, too. The fabric is light but sturdy and admits some sunlight. This umbrella needs a heavy base. And the market style pulley system is much better than the often-fragile crank system found on many other umbrellas. It\'s easy to use and trouble free. And, yes, there\'s no tilt function. No biggie.

I like to pulley system in place of a hand crank.
The company needs to improve the strength of the main pole as it is not as strong as it needs to be. I like the ability to repair the pulley system if need be. The hand crank is not repairable -- totally inaccessible to repair if damaged by high wind gusts.

Great Value
This is a nice umbrella that is big enough to provide a lot of shade when we’re at the pool. My husband sits in the shade most of the time so we’ve gotten a lot of use out of it.
