It would be 5 * if it included a tie to use when not in use. I use a bungee cord. Otherwise, it’s easy to assemble and does the job.

Love it so far
The umbrella is perfect in every way. Sturdy, good coverage, easy to open/close without pinching your fingers. We've had it for a few months and it's great. We also bought the corkscrew that helps the umbrella go deeper in the sand, and the tray that fits around the pole for phones/food etc. Makes for the perfect beach experience.

It's better to close it when the wind is strong.
The quality of the umbrella looks good. I stick it in a table with a hole in the middle in my backyard. It can shade a part of strong sunshine in the summer. It's best to close it when there's a strong wind to avoid damage though it is sturdy.

fades badly after only two months
At first I was delighted with this umbrella and wrote a good review; however, at the end of last summer, and after only 2 months, the fabric faded badly and is no longer attractive on my patio. The window for returns has passed and I am not happy about that !!
