Pretty hard to put together . One hole for the seat I had to re-tap hole for screw . Couldn't imagine for someone who didnt have tools to do this . It took me 10 minutes to do the base with seat . Took me 1 1/2 hours to do back and arms rest . Pretty comfortable after frustration getting it together .

The Chair is comfortable, but the wheels do not latch in so they constantly fall off if the chair moves even slightly on the floor
