Sent a used uneven product
Terrible they sent me a used trampoline. The boxes beat up. The pieces were already partly assembled when I finally put it together. One of the legs is uneven so it’s wobbly. I live on a fourth floor, thinking that this would be a sturdy connection that my kids can have Somewhere to release their energy and now they can’t because it’s wobbly and bangs on the floor. It’s very frustrating that they would send me a used product nonetheless one that’s measured incorrectly.

Although we haven't received the sprinkler and lights yet, the trampoline itself is pretty sturdy and looks great! Didn't take long putting together either. I had to look to see if they mentioned things shipping separately, because I for sure didnt read it in the info, but they do. So 5 stars!

Kid Friendly Trampoline
I'll be honest. I got this trampoline for myself. I've seen all of the videos about exercising on a rebounder. I like that this trampoline feels a lot safer than the rebounder I was too afraid to use. My family thinks I got it for my granddaughter who is 5. They can think that, but I got it for me. She can use it, too. My son-in-law put it together quite easily. My daughter put on the springs with the tool provided. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was a group effort that took 45 minutes. The hight is perfect for kids and grandmothers. Easy to get on and easy to get off. The netting is a great safety feature. It was a group effort that took 45 minutes. I'm glad I ordered it. It's a good quality trampoline at an affordable price.

Bestway makes trampolines in various sizes from 8 to 14 feet in diameter. It is important to note that this is a "frame to frame" measurement, not the size of the trampoline's jumping surface. There is an approximately 5" space around the tramp mat containing the springs and a safety cover, so in this case, the jumping surface is 110" total. In the case of the springs, an amazing tool is provided to attach or remove the springs from the frame, make certain that this tool is stored in a safe place so it is not misplaced, you'll need it someday. The trampoline parts except the mat and safety netting are identical in size and construction, larger tramps have more parts. The frame comes together with spring pins, the button-type poles you frequently see on tents, they do a great job of keeping everything stable. The springs fasten everything tightly and complete the assembly process. Take care to read the instruction manual before assembly and take great care to properly select a placement site that is level and free of obstructions, use the stakes as instructed, and never use the trampoline with damaged or missing parts. The max weight on this trampoline is 200 pounds total. As a Dad, my favorite features of this trampoline over other brands are the powder-coating over galvanized frame parts and the two-year limited warranty. After spending an afternoon setting up and using the trampoline, I'm quite confident it will last for years if properly maintained.

Trampoline is super bouncy and durable! I didn't have it anchored down the first time and strong winds flipped it over bending a few of the net holding poles. I contacted the company and they sent a parts list for me and only charged for shipping. My daughter loves this trampoline and I can't recommend them enough!!! Great company and nice people!

The trampoline itself is great and the set-up was fairly straight forward. The rectangular shape fits well in our yard and the "springiness" of the trampoline is awesome. We had a slight issue with the instructions, but figured it out within a week when bolts were breaking.
