Horrible box was torn open. Random pink paint over the entire bunk bed Can’t call this company only email. Never got a response bk. So we’re stuck with a number that has pink paint on it. Did the best we could painting it. Shouldn’t of had to do anything to it.

You advertise as a triple double Bed. Due to the supports the double mattress does not fit the bottom trudle! You need to let people purchasing this know! Now I have to return a 80 pound mattress ! Very inconvenient!

Will come damaged, and then the box is open and unable to be returned.
Lower head board and foot board both arrived cracked in the very middle. To return such a package is so difficult living in a VERY rural area. If the company would actually communicate on what to do, that would be great but until, I guess I paid nearly $500 for a BROKEN bed and cannot return.

Very nice looking bed.
This bed is very nice looking. It did have a lot of parts to put together. But that is to be expected with a bed that is shipped. My only real complaint would be that the bottom bed has no cross support. Only the horizontal boards and it seems like it won’t support much weight. We added our own boards on top to help. Otherwise it’s been great so far.
