This chair is great value for the money and was pretty easy to assemble. The massage pads are great too, especially on the soles of the feet. Super comfortable, especially when you're lying down, it feels like you're floating on a cloud. I highly recommend this chair, especially for people who are not too tall and weigh less than 220 pounds. It's like having a personal masseuse at home that you can use anytime. It's easy to operate once you get used to the remote.

I bought this for my uncle who has been helping me financially. So it's a little gift from me to him. He has back pain and leg pain but he loves this massage chair. It's very simple to assemble and my uncle was able to do it himself in less than 1 hour. He likes the zero gravity mode the most, where he can lie down and enjoy the rollers and airbags squeezing. Although this chair is not expensive, it works well for him and it works well for both of us. It's very comfortable and has a variety of modes. As long as he's happy, I'm happy.

Delivery was fast and on time. I chose the $20 self-selected room shipping. My friend took it out of the box and helped me assemble it, but it was a breeze to assemble. There wasn't much work to do other than taking it out of the box. The quality of the chair exceeded my expectations. I love the zero gravity effect when lying on your back at 180 degrees. The ambient light effect is also very good. The wheels make it very easy to move the chair, which was a big reason I chose this chair. The touch screen has a lot of different settings that allow you to choose between massage types such as Thai massage, deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, stretching massage, and sleep massage. I also like that it can adjust the temperature and air volume. It also looks good in my modern living room.

This chair looks like it is of top quality. It is very well made and my wife loves the massage function and the options. It has the feel of a high quality, high end chair but at a much lower price. We had one minor issue with it not working when I received it but we were able to quickly figure out the issue with customer service and they replaced the part. Customer service was very responsive and followed up very well. Highly recommended.

have been using this massage chair for almost two years now. It has been a great hit and a great reason for friends and family to come to my house. However, there is a story behind my massage chair journey. After about six months, the massage chair broke down. I contacted technical support in China and they had me try a number of tests and tips for about three weeks, including disassembling the chair and replacing the motor. I am an engineer so I watched a video in Mandarin with practical tips for disassembling the massage chair. The back and forth with technical support was tedious and the language barrier didn't help. Eventually, they finally fixed the problem. They sent me a new roller motor which I installed. Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem. After that, the company sent me a brand new massage chair directly, which we have been using for the past year. It has been working great with no issues �C we use it for about 45 minutes almost every day. Hopefully, your massage chair will never have a problem. If it does… and you are willing to work with the manufacturer, including disassembling the chair and sending a video to prove the work you did, then this chair is an absolute steal. I really appreciate Chinese manufacturing and its ability to provide such a great value for money. I am very saddened by the stupid tariffs that the current administration has ignorantly imposed.

The chair was damaged upon arrival screws missing and some screws wouldn't even unscrew! Was unable to return because I couldn't remove the seat off the hydraulic pump to fit in the box, now I'm stuck with a chair I do not use nor want. What a scam and a waste of 200 bucks.
