This frame is exactly as it looks and it looks nice! However, it does feel and look kind of cheap. It was a great price though and is solid! It was pretty difficult to put together though… my husband was quite frustrated.

It took a while to put together. It has to be done in order, and I don’t relish moving. Instructions were clear enough. Be sure to not misplace both Allen wrenches-you need them to tighten up some of the pieces. A few screws seemed off, but I just used them elsewhere and they seemed to work. Closer to the end, it got tight. You needed to attach pieces and then once all pieces were in you then would go back and tighten them up. Bed is pretty sturdy, but I do have a box spring. With a box spring, the head and footboard do no sit far above the mattress level. I’m ok with that as I do like the storage space. No issues so far with flaking, I haven’t had to tighten it up yet. I have had this bed about 5 months. Decent cheap bed! Returning would be a pain, just based on how everything is packed.

This bed frame is exactly what I was looking for. Nice and sturdy, simple and clean. My only complaint is that I’ve had it for two months now and the black is chipping off the headboard area. It’s a little noticeable. I’ll have to find a fix. But I still love it. Fits my Queen size Bob-o-pedic mattress perfectly
