Height of the mattress
We got this 8inch mattress for our grandson but it only came out to be 6inches. Not what we ordered but the mattress itself is very comfortable. Just wish it would have been the 8inches we needed.

The customer service is very patient
It's sturdier than I expected, without the plastic and factory smell. It does seem to regulate and support the body well, and it's definitely a solid bed, which I think is helpful for people like me who need good back support. But the memory foam top still makes it soft and comfortable and doesn't make you feel like you're sinking into the mattress or leaving a dent when you wake up, which I personally love.

Soft memory foam top but enough support
Got the full size mattress and overall it met expectations. Pros: - Memory foam is comfortable - soft but not too soft - Good support. It feels as if it molds around my body but doesn't have a "sinking" feeling - Keeps cool. Some of the other mattresses I've used get really hot. This one stays generally pretty cool. Considerations: - Fabric material on top may get stained easily. I accidentally spilled some coffee on it (my fault) and it left a slight stain. Might be better to use this with a waterproof cover.
