It works better than I expected!
My middle schooler wanted to try snowboarding. Now, his older sister wanted to try skiing a few years ago and I spent a small fortune on gear, lessons, lift tickets and rentals, only to find out the kid HATED skiing, so this time I wanted to ease into it. To my surprise, this board is great! We took it to our local sledding hill and the kiddo took to it immediately. My husband even tried it and it worked great for him, too. I think this is a great way to try snowboarding before hitting a resort. The board feels nice and sturdy and the bindings are easy to use and adjust to all kinds of boots. I'm thrilled with this purchase.

Fun board
I got these for my daughter who's just practicing snowboarding. We have take a few lessons for her but it seems they just do small bunny hill practices. With this board, she can do the same and I save hundreds on each lessons. The board is a bit different than a snowboard. It's got strap on biddings so you can wear your own snow boots. The board is sanded but not coated, so you can add a layer if you want to future protect it. Or add wax to make it go even faster. The board feels pretty sturdy and my daughter had a lot of fun with it.

Great starter
My son took ski last year but has showed a lot of interest in trying snow boarding this year. New boards range from less than 300 to over 1500. We decided to start with a lower cost board until we know if he really likes it. This board has a basic wood design which my son thought was cool as he could decorate it as he pleased with stickers just like his skate board. This board is great for beginners as it even comes with the foot holds. Sometimes you have to buy them even separately ! Great deal good board, he went flying his first try so it can definitely move!

The skis are made of good material and look very strong. The feet are fixed very tight. As a snowboarder, I can't refuse it.

Easy to operate, quickly adapt to
It's so cool and easy to install. We couldn't wait. We tried it out on an indoor ski slope for a couple of hours and it was great. The child gets familiar with it quickly and with great enthusiasm. Look forward to a real ski resort experience outside in winter.

Worked well for beginners
This snow season is much later than last year, but still lots of fun, especially with the new snowboard. We have been skiing for a while, but kids are more in favor of snowboarding. Compared with high-tech materials wood seems more environmental friendly. Surprisingly it worked very well, at least as good as others. Easy to maneuver with smooth turns, fit nicely to beginners. Best fitting height 4'5" new player kids.
