Q: How do I adjust the wrist straps
A: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HOQFPL2lpMYf. youtube to the rescue! the lock mechanism is different, but if you pull the top strap straight out, or the "tail" strap straight out, they'll adjust.

Q: How do the extra ends attach and which end is for what kind of terrain?
A: The plastic 'baskets' screw on/off for mud or snow. The rubber tips push on / pull off, typically for indoor use, but are also good outdoors to add some grip and cushion on hard terrain.

Q: needs explanation of what the accessories are for and how used...no info on packaging. I bought for stability when walking due to some minor vertigo issues.
A: Hello Michalp - We appreciate your interest in our merchandise. There are two sets of “Baskets”. – Both of these are used for off-road use, like hiking. The little ones are for rocks/mud, and the big ones are for snow. Think of them like a snow show – so the poles don’t sink into the ground as much. There are also two sets of tips – rubber, and metal. The rubber ones slide over the metal ones. Metal is for off roading, and rubber is for any pavement/sidewalk/indoor uses. Thank you - Prateeksha
