Q: Has the issue with the magnets been fixed? Everyone seems to have this issue.

A: I found mine taped to the inside of the packaging and almost threw it away because it was taped inside well. It's easy to miss and I bet many people don't notice it and throw it away when they take off the packaging.

Great product, another set of number magnets would improve it
Overall, a great product & would definitely recommend! Very colorful and sturdy enough for a toddler; it’s also easy for them to carry so it’s very engaging. A couple of critiques: the magnets only include one of each number 0-9, so if you want to do 1+1=2, that won’t be possible with only the magnets provided. It would be nice if another set of the numbers were included or sold separately to add-on. Another note is that each row has ten beads plus the animal bead, totaling to 11 in each row which might be confusing for some kids. A workaround would be to move the beads right to left rather than left to right.

Missing magnets/label
I didnt even notice til after purchase in-store that there were supposed to be magnets with it. So i went to the target on the other side of town to exhange it and that one also didnt have the magnets or label on it..Really annoying i drove there just to waste time. If yall get it in-store, double check it before buying!

WHERE ARE ALL THE MAGNETS
My set also never came with magnets! I have no idea how they were supposed to be included and it was not obvious at first glance that they were missing. Disappointed as they would have been useful. Curious if there is just a thief going around and stealing all the magnets or if it’s just poor QC from Target. Target - please send me my missing magnets!!

Good quality but a little confusing
The magnet set was missing from ours so we don’t have them. The abacus is good quality and holds up well against being carried around and dropped occasionally. I am however, a little confused about how this abacus is supposed to work. Standard abacus’s have 10 beads, so I’m not sure why this has 11. It makes it difficult to teach methods of counting that would work on a standard 10 bead abacus. Design needs to be improved. It’s cute to look at but nearly nonfunctional in terms of actual abacus use.

This educational toy measures 12 inches high by 11 inches wide approximately. The wooden frame stands up on its own and is super for little fingers. It is recommended for kids 18 months plus. This counting toy is great. The frame is sturdy, the colors are super bright and the beads move nice and easy. Very smooth. This is a great visual for help with counting with math. The quality is amazing.
