i am giving this product to my son 4 year old.I add 1 cap in milk.He has speech delay and developmental delay issues and autism signs. Now he started talking .It nearly 1 year since i started give this product. This product has active B vitamins.My son blood test MTHFR was homogygous. Thankyou again from Australia

Country Life® Vitamins gave me this free product to try. I did not notice a difference in my energy or mental clarity while using the product. The pill was easy to swallow and didn't result in any negative side affects. I am hoping that I notice a difference in my auto immune symptoms with continued use of this product.

I have been taking coenzyme b-complex for a couple weeks now, I take it in the morning with breakfast and then at lunch time. I haven't had any stomach issues or bad after taste. The pill has a yellow color and a slight smell but it's not bad by any means. I'm a nurse so I work 12hr shifts, I often feel tired and brain fogged but I can say weeks after starting this supplements I've noticed a change on my energy levels. I feel more energized, I can think clearly throughout the day, especially come the afternoon when I was struggling. I also went and got lab test done to check on my cholesterol levels, they were a little elevated so I will recheck them in a couple months to see if the supplement really helped metabolized them. I have been taking another B vitamin for a long time and saw an opportunity to utilize this one. I was excited because it has 2 of the complimentary B vitamins that work well and are the metabolite needed to quickly and easily be absorbed into the body. I am very hesitant to use a 'Cyanocobalamin' B vitamin because it is a lab generated 'vitamin'. The Methylcobalamin is what I look for and this has it. What I didn't know was there are two great types of B vitamin that work well together and this has both. I noticed I feel better and feel my body absorbs this better with less 'waste' leaving in my urine as a super bright color than other brands used. The packaging is great, I love that its in a glass jar, it gives it a better feel and look and feels more professional. Country Life® Vitamins gave me this free product to try. I did warn them that my body processes energy type products differently and almost to no effect, I would like to thank them for letting me try this and see if it would help me but unfortunately it didn't help. Now this doesn't mean the product doesn't work it's not you it's me. B Vitamins are important for the body and this complex hits you from every angle, I can see where this can benefit others with mood and energy needs for the every day stressful like most of America lives. There are enough Vitamins on this product to keep you going all day.

They recommend 1 to 2 tablets daily, I started out for 2 days taking one to see how I react. I then went to 2 capsule a day, then noticed my pee turning bright yellow, seen that it was just getting rid of the extra b vitamin I didn't need. I really haven't seen any mood changes but do have a tad bit more energy. I will continue using this product to see if it helps me with my depression and if increases energy more.
