Q: Are these crayons like the size of the Jumbo crayons?

A: Thanks for asking! Crayola Large Crayons measure 4" long and 7/16" in diameter. Our Jumbo Crayons are a bit larger. Jumbo Crayons are 5" long and 9/16" in diameter. Have a colorful day!

Crayons stink!!! Will be returning. Also box is damaged because Target doesn’t pad items to avoid damage. Before a couple years ago Target was the best at making sure items were sufficiently protected in shipping.

I love these crayons for a few reasons. The first is the size is easy for little fingers learning to grip writing implements. Another reason is the limited selection of colors. Young artists don’t need a variety of options as they are just learning about colors and do best with fewer options in the beginning.

I love to use Crayola crayons in my kindergarten classroom. These large sized crayons are my favorites to start the year. Interestingly, 4 packs out of my 20 bought were missing yellow crayons or had broken yellow ones. None of the other colors were missing or broken. So odd.

I do NOT recommend these if you are looking for a crayon. They have the consistency of a tempera paint stick. My toddler was able to easily draw all over her skin and clothes because they are so soft and start to flake and melt with use. Huge pain to clean because the little pieces don’t vacuum up and smear when you try to wipe them.

So fragile that they break while writing with them. It must be what makes them "washable". Just get the jumbo size.

Let's face it...toddlers need a gripable crayon as they master the art of writing. These crayons are the best I've found in a retail store (because you cannot find the ones they use in schools - at least the real FAT ones I had in elementary school) AND they're washable! When the wee one gets to thinking they're Picasso on your hallway walls, you won't have to pull your hair out in frustration working muscles you didn't know you had trying to scrub away their masterpiece(s) - LOL!!

You can never go wrong with Crayola crayons . The large size is great for my 2 year grandson - smaller than the jumbo he was using but larger than the regular size that he just wants to break!!

Definitely washable! It seems my son draws on everything except the paper so these have really come in handy. I love that they’re thicker than normal crayons so my son has an easier time holding them. Highly recommend.
