Crazy Aaron's Mini Ketchup & Mustard - 2" Thinking Putty Tin

I received this as a gift and it’s a lot of fun. My only issue that it doesn’t complete the color change. It goes from red to a peach color without ever getting to yellow. It’s disappointing.

I love how there are two different colours of glitters in this putty, so when it's red you can really see the gold glitters, and when it's yellow you can see the red glitters!

This one was a hit with all ages! 8-85 year olds had a blast with the color changing fun! It was like a bonus surprise!

From the picture on the tin I expected it to be a 2 color putty in 1 container (because I don't read apparently), which I actually don't like, because once they're mixed, you can't undo. I was over the moon to discover that it is color changing! Mind blown! I get both colors in one and don't have to worry about the dreaded mixing. The gold shimmer paired with the gold and red glitter make for a lovely color scheme. We had fun passing it around and trying to make it the opposite color from what it was when we got it. On a side note, it is a great color scheme for our family since we are SF 49ers fans in our household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mini-tin of Ketchup and Mustard thinking putty has been a huge hit at our house as my young daughters (7 and 4.5) both like to watch the putty change from red to yellow as they play with it for longer periods of time and the putty warms up. I did expect the putty to look like red and yellow strands like the picture on the tin when opened, but ours was just the sparkly red when opened, so that was a bit of a disappointment initially until we actually witnessed the color changing feature of the putty.

I love that it’s not sticky for littles but so extremely satisfying to play with. The bounce on this slime well exceeded expectations!

While i did enjoy the color changing effect that this has, I did not like how difficult it was to open. I almost wish it was in a container like the slime so it could be easier to open.

Mix it together just like ketchup and mustard!!! We made bouncy balls and jewelry!!

This color changing putty is so fun! It comes in a nice travel-sized tin that is great to take to sibling sporting events or dance competitions. It is a great quiet activity and changes color just by playing with it in your hands. My son had so much fun experimenting with ways to make it change colors. This putty is well loved and has had hours of use and held up very well.

I've had a couple color changing putties before and they either didn't work very well (like the easter frog and butterfly and pig ones) or the color change wasn't super vibrant (like the silver bells, silver to white isnt a huge deal) BUT THIS PUTTY IS A HUGE DEAL. Two very distinctive colors and the color change is WILD. This putty is seriously the coolest. I love it!

I did not expect to like this one BUT I ended up loving it! It’s the perfect size for a quick fidget and can change colors quickly. If you like mini color changers then I definitely recommend this!
