NOT even close to Tzatziki sauce
This tastes nasty. NOTHING like Tzatziki sauce. I realize it says Tzatziki "style" but still, it should be at least similar. This stuff is very thick and takes forever to shake out of the bottle and it has a very off putting bitter and sour flavor. Nothing like a good, fresh Tzatziki sauce. No cucumber flavor, no lemon that tastes like actual lemon. It's also weirdly grainy textured. I gave it 2 stars only because I might see using it as a marinade for chicken or something.

Rancid and Spoiled
The first time I bought, the taste and consistency were great! A little on the thick side but I liked that I could change the consistency depending on the use. Now the last 2 times that I have bought it, it has been spoiled. Super gelatinous, weird smelling and rancid. There was dressing on the outside of the cap after removing the black plastic wrapper. Definitely something wrong during manufacturing.

Pickled flavored Mayo! I don’t know if the executives of the Good & Gather brand know what Tzatziki sauce is or tastes like but this is not it. Absolutely horrendous it’s just sweet Mayo with dill pickle flavor. This should be pulled from shelf and find a new recipe.

Strong flavor and too strong
I was hoping this would taste like the tzatziki sauce I've had at a local Greek restaurant, but it was not. It has a strong smell and taste, but like a bitter yogurt or buttermilk, not a pleasant, light taste. It does taste like dill, so I guess that's ok. The biggest problem is the consistency. It's so thick, it's very challenging to get it to move at all, even after shaking and holding the bottle upside down. Also, even though it was sealed, there was a dried orange crusty substance under the lid, on the outside of the glass, which was a little disturbing.

I really like this dressing! I’m a fan of tzatziki & this is delicious! As others say it’s a little thick, so you have to shake the bottle. Add a little water to thin it out if you have to. I drizzle it on salad & steamed veggies. 😋
