Q: Why are you not changing out the photo because I bought this frame expecting an all white frame!

A: I understand how frustrating that must be and apologize for any inconvenience. Our all-white frames have been discontinued in the Illusions Floater Frame line. We have attempted to change the images several times and will continue to do so as an accurate product representation is of the upmost importance.

The frame is pretty cheap but cute. But I missed the fact that there isn't glass or plastic to protect the artwork, and you have to add the framing pins in the back by yourself. It may be good for someone, but it's just not what I wanted.

I order this white frame but it came as a thin frame that was black with a small white trim. It was cheap and flimsy, returned!

I received item promptly but the strap hangers are missing. Those are easy enough to get so I won’t send back, but it’s just annoying. Otherwise is as described.
