I have been using this product for three years. Just bought a new vial and could instantly tell the difference in the formula. Any company that changes a product and markets it as the same product, loses my business. Guess I’m looking for a new beard oil.

I was gifted a small bottle of this and I think it’s great! The scent is pleasingly different from most other beard oils I’ve had, so I’ll definitely be buying more of this Paulo Santo! I didn’t give it 5 stars because I’d like to experience the other available scents first. I do wish there was a “scent sampler” of sorts available so I could be sure I would enjoy the beard products I buy. I’ve tried sample kits from other beard companies which quickly provided the information I needed to make my purchasing decisions.

I bought this beard oil as none had really tamed my beard without leaving a greasy or heavy feeling. I have hard waves in my beard that are difficult to manage. This oil softened them, left my beard smelling great, and didn’t leave behind any nasty residue. Will be buying again.

Was hoping for an oil that had the palo santo scent of the cologne, alas, it is nearly odorless. I smell some coconut oil, but that’s it. No palo santo scent at all. Bad batch? My 3rd poor experience with Cremo products lately. I’m getting discouraged with their quality of late.

The whole Cremo reserve line is awesome. This beard oil is an excellent find. It's effective and pairs well with the beard conditioner of the same line. Its a good protectant against the winter dryness that makes your beard brittle.

I like that it’s not as overwhelming of a scent as the cologne version is. It’s not a heavy oil either. Haven’t used it enough to say if it actually works or not, but the fragrance is ok.
