Gentle, effective and very cleansing! We stay on top of our dentist visits and brushing/flossing routines so this is just a supplement to those steps. Not sure if that affects why we don’t have such harsh reactions as some other reviewers or not but we love it, have used it consistently in the past and will continue using it in the future!

DO BOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SUFFER
If you were like me sitting in the mouthwash isle trying to get a good mouth wash and see this in the shelf DO NOT BUY IT. I bought this and thought it would be an upgrade from the standard listerine I get, BUT boy was I wrong. This mouthwash gave me the worst dry mouth I have EVER had, but that was the start of it. Due to having such a dry mouth and no matter how much water I drank it never went away. I now have swollen salivary glands due to this. I used this for 3 DAYS only. I do not know how this is dentist recommended. I am now SUFFERING.

Would not recommend
As the others have mentioned this gave me an awful taste in my mouth. Anything I eat or drink tastes terrible and won’t go away. I also am experiencing dry mouth as well.

Hi, I suffer from gingivitis and at first thought this was working, but have now experienced mouth sores on my tongue. I wish it worked as much as it was showing at first, but ended up giving me issues.

Just get regular mouthwash
Says to rinse 2x a day but after rinsing in the morning it left my mouth with a bad taste all day. Everything I ate tasted bad and my mouth has excess saliva all day. Not for me 👎

Terrible aftertaste
I purchased this one and the pink bottle. 5 stars for the pink version but this one leaves a terrible taste in your mouth that lingers for hours and even affects how your next meal tastes. I don't know how the formulations are so different but absolutely do not recommend the dark blue bottle version.

Wouldnt buy again
I wanted to like this, because I think it is very effective. My mouth does feel cleaner and my breath stays fresh a long time, even after a light breakfast. But, it gave me mouth ulcers and burned my tongue. I could barely taste anything all day after I started using this. I used less than recommended because I have quite a small mouth, and I even tried diluting it like another reviewer suggested but it wasn’t great for me personally.

Finally!
Finally found a mouthwash to replace a discontinued one I loved. I wanted a germ-killing rinse for the morning that wasn't too strong of a mint, no burn, no mouth lining irritation (people who lose a layer of lining from certain ingredientsor peroxide you know what I mean!), no flouride (because I use a different flouride rinse at night), and this is it! The flavor is like a sweet peppermint but not harsh, leaves my mouth feeling fresh, and is so easy to use. My oral health has drastically improved after adding this and Plax into my routine. I can only find it at Target- please don't discontinue! I love this sooooo much! (My routine with this product that is working really well! *Start a podcast otherwise it's boring, use a timer on your phone to time brushing* 1. Swish with Plax. 2. Floss 3. Brush with either Arm & Hammer Whitening Plus TheraBreath toothpaste or Hello Dragon Dazzle Blue Raspberry (sometimes I don't want minty toothpaste). 4. Rinse well then swish with Crest Deep Cleanse. Spit, done. At night I do the same, but swap out the Crest Deep Cleanse for ACT Kids flouride rinse in whatever non mint flavor.) I might try the Crest flouride from this line though.)
