Not as minty fresh as I hope. It’s more just flavorful sweet taste and after brushing 2yr teeth it’s like no minty fresh smell. Breathe smell like as if he never brush his teeth. Our kids started using this toothpaste. Although they like the taste, every spot that gets on the counter top or doesn't get washed down the sink right away becomes like cement on the surface.
