Excellent press
This is my second one. The first one lasted me well over 10 years and I used it a lot. I have other mug presses, but this one is undeniably the best one and I use it more frequently than the others.

I wish I had taken the plunge sooner. I have a different brand tumbler press but it does small mugs. It’s hit or miss…but the Cricut for mugs is total hit. Perfect everytime!!

The mug press works well IF you can figure it out. It would be so much better if it came with better instructions on registering it ( like it must be done on a computer, not an iPad or chrome book. I had to go to outside sources to figure a lot of things out. One complaint about Cricut is their lack of instructions.

Read before purchasing
It would have been FABULOUS if before I purchased this your website would have posted in capital letters,”MUG PRESS DOES NOT WORK IF YOU HAVE TO USE AN ADAPTER TO A USB-C!” What a load of bull! I was going to switch to a circuit from silhouette. No way now. How on Earth are we in 2025 and you can’t use and adapter to use with USB-C? I’m now stuck with a machine I can’t use.

Great but the update feature needs to go
I loved my heat press, the only thing is you need to update it and I don’t know why as it just plugs in. The first time it he update worked and then around a year later I had to update it again but it wouldn’t the orange light just loops flashing I cannot afford to replace this as it was a gift for my bday around 2 years ago

The Best Little Machine
I hesitated buying the heat press because i just bought the vevor press that doesugs and tumblers. But the orice was right so i went for it. And i couldnt be happier. Its is so easy to use. I love it. I just wish i could afford tp buy one for my daughter in law, which i have turned onto thw sublimation world.

I just started using this. I decided to create my own design, and it came out great. I would include a picture, but I took it into work to use it there (and show it off...LOL).
