Cricut Venture Smart Cutting Machine: Electric Craft Tool, Multicolored, Plastic & Metal, 1-Year Warranty

Cricut advertises this as a machine that can cut up to 12ft long decals. but then, after repeated calls and chats with customers they will tell you that they only have black permanent vinyl that is longer than 5ft available to cut these decals. they will also give you to conflicting answers, one is that they are ou fstock in longer sizes and the other is that they never had other colors in stock which are longer than 5ft. So, if you want to use this machine with other permanent colors than black for bigger decals, you are quite frankly screwed, since this is a proprietary size. Thank you for misleading your customers. to me this machine is now useless and I will see what I can do about it.

I can not believe what this Venture can do, will enjoy working with it so much!

I bought this machine and had to have It replaced. Got the replacement and it would not calibrate again, just received my 2 nd replacement and still doesn’t calibrate for pint then cut.

I bought the Venture 1 week ago and have had nothing but problems. I contacted support and have had no success in getting issues resolved. Very disappointed in this machine and Cricut support.

Love this machine. It’s so fast and the cuts are perfect. Projects big or small this can do it. Even smart materials cut nicely. Highly recommend getting the stand too.

I’m so very disappointed in my purchase. I thought ( from very incorrect reviews ) that I would be able to make a large stencil with the smart stencil. I cut it with Venture, painted my board for a farmhouse sign my client wanted. Then the joke was on me! The smart stencil film rips and tears!! I tried to cut it into small pieces, nope! It’s ridiculous thinking you can use it! I can make better stencil with overhead projector transparencies!!!! They are of course small, and that is why I mistakingly purchased Venture, thinking I could make big, reusable stencils! The only thing goody about the smart stencil film was that it was sticky on the back so I didn’t need the spray adhesive to keep my stencil in place. The other problem with venture is that it should be able to have adjustments for different width rolls of products so as not to be limited by a mat. Please make a thick Mylar stencil product for all Cricut machines, but especially Venture! Right now, you are losing money due to the fact that people are purchasing non Cricut brand products. I want to cut a stencil and be able to pick it up, move it, paint over it, and reuse it. Washable, sturdy, plastic that does not require use of the mat. You will sell tons of it! I cannot use it because it will not link to my windows 11 pc. So there is no communication to or from it. So I am not happy at all because I have yet to be able to use it and cannot get help that fixes this problem. Horrible directions came with the product also. I had to research online to find directions.

My first Cricut - we always buy the bigger better product or we find ourself re-buying it later. I’m learning how to use it but I have two gripes… every “Make” rechecks that my Cricut is connected even tho I just cut with it. Also the fact that I can’t use a 12x12 mat even tho it will take 12x12 vinyl or smart paper. Major design fail for me

I absolutely love my new Cricut Venture! The cuts are.clean; it cuts everything so quickly; and it is so easy to load and unload! I am making even more projects now that I have my Venture. I still use my Cricut Maker 4 daily too. Both are amazing products.

I love it, at first I did feel intimidated by it because of its size and didn't realize how much space I need for it but once I made room it that feeling went away. It works best with smart products but the down fall on that is transferring your project and the price on smart products. It is a very loud machine. Cutting and speed is amazing.

I purchased this a few months ago and finally set it up. I used my Macbook and the process was fairly simple. I cut 13 feet at one time and it took about 15 minutes. The design was not very simple but it was no problem for the Venture.

Fast, easy to use and reliable. I had the smaller Cricut machine before. It's nice that I don't have to learn a new system to use this model. With care, seems to travel well too. I'm not sure if it is the needle or not, but love the cleanness of the cuts on glitter HTV as well. I sell custom t-shirt designs at vendor booths. I couldn't be more pleased. Although it is wide, the orientation helps fit this in my workspace.

I knew this machine was fast! But WOW! This is going to get my projects done quick!

I got this to cut larger leather pieces for bags and other items that the regular maker can do. Nope! It’s very limited and not like the advanced or industrial/professional version I thought it was. You can do pretty much simple things larger and faster. Absolutely no use to me.

After two years the sensors are not working with very little use.

This is worth the investment. I bought the Cricut Venture and Everything Bundle on sale and it has transformed the way our small non-profit has been able to thank donors and create shirts for our local volunteer events. I was able to cut 27 shirts in 31 minutes. I used to cut it one by one on my Cricut Joy Xtra, and it was on average about 4 minutes per cut for the same design. I look forward to exploring different materials to cut or draw with the Cricut Venture.

Best machine I’ve ever owned. I have the maker as well but the 24” cutting capacity and the speed is unmatched. I make a lot of custom boxes and cards and it works wonderfully for cardstock. People in the reviews said that the scoring tool doesn’t work but that is user error because it works wonderfully. If you have really thick paper just duplicate the score lines if needed. I would recommend the machine to anyone.
