The product arrived very quickly. Shipping box was not damaged, but the product manufacturer's box inside was not well packed into the Target shipping box, bounced around and was damaged. Fortunately the product itself was fine (thanks to the manufacturer's packing), but someone should have put a lot more packing material in the shipping box to secure it prior to handing it off to the shipper. Good price, quick delivery.

It is perfect for small families or those with small homes or for college dork, campers, etc. It is stainless steel so it is durable and made well. It performs well also. I highly recommend this slow cooker!

The 3 star is for the service not the item itself. I am sure it works fine. But I received the wrong color. I ordered red to match my larger crockpot. But received silver instead. I will keep it because I also have a 2 qt silver. Maybe I’ll walk in store and search for the red one I liked so much.

Bought this to use as a fondue pot. Perfect size for fondue for four. Took about 3 hours for the cheese to heat up to proper consistency (on high) When adjusting later, the knob came off in my hand. It went back on - and wasn't broken - but pretty cheap to happen on first use.
