Cute doll for daughter
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has been loving this baby doll. She knows how to get it to stop crying and she loves carrying it around. I would say the cry can get annoying and it sounds a bit like a cat. But she really enjoys playing mommy and that’s ok!

Super realistic baby noises
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doll is pretty awesome, it's very realistic and so cute. She cries spontaneously and you have to soothe her with the binky or the milk bottle, then she makes happy noises. I will say as someone with a 9 month old and a toddler, this doll's cries are very accurate. Sometimes it'll start crying and I'll be looking at my baby and wondering if it was her crying. Gave this to my toddler since she's always trying to take her baby sister's bottle and binky. She loves it and we can teach her how to be responsible!

Amazing toy for learning interaction

Fun doll
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kiddos love the baby. It may drive me crazy ;). It likes to cry a lot. I do like that it shuts off automatically after a minute of no usage. The doll seems to be well made and that it’ll be a toy I could pass down to other children. My kiddo loves nurturing the doll and provides lots of entertainment.

Every little girl will love one of these Cry Babies dolls they are made of high-quality materials.They also come with 2 AAA batteries you will need a Phillips head screwdriver to install them in the back for long hours of fun fun play. The only thing is with some toddler girls you may need to uninstall the batteries at night because my baby girl wasn't still used to this & rolled over on it and started screaming where Mya was talking lol . I highly recommend this affordable Cry Babies doll - They come in a wide variety to match your child's character . She especially loves that the doll "walks" and makes sounds—it turns play into a real little adventure. Pros: • Beautiful, realistic, and pleasant to the touch; • Helps develop imagination and role-play; • Durable enough to withstand active play; • Lightweight, making her easy to carry. We didn't find any downsides—the only thing is that the batteries run out pretty quickly, but that's to be expected with active use. Overall, a great gift for a child, especially for those who love interactive dolls.

My toddler LOVES IT
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My three year old LOVES THIS!!!! She takes it everywhere. It’s good quality, and it cries so much. Haha. She loves when it cries, because she wants to take care of it 24/7. I can’t speak on battery life, because I haven’t had it that long, but it’s a good resource to help little toddlers learn how to care for a baby. The only drawback is there isn’t an off switch. Also, I want to mention that it’s eyes light up when it cries, which she also loves.

Great baby doll, hard for littles to function
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The doll is very cute, but I am not a huge fan of the packaging I don’t think it showcases the product very well - I probably would have passed it in the store. I am very happy that batteries were included! My daughters love that the doll is interactive, even though all it does is cry and giggle that’s just fine. It says this doll is for kids 18 months and older, but my daughter is almost 3 and has a hard time helping it with the walking function. Overall I think this would be a great gift to make any young child happy!

Awkward doll.

The walking function is awkward as well. My daughter loves it because it is dressed in a unicorn costume but it just isn’t doing it for me.

Cute baby doll for your toddler who likes to prete
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter got so excited when she saw this doll. It is really cute. It comes with a bottle, a pacifier, and shoes. You can "learn" it to walk which was really fun. It cries a ton. You have to give it the pacifier or bottle to "calm" it down for it to start babbling and be quiet. The only downside to this is that it doesn't have an off button. So it will randomly cry, and the only way to stop it is to put the pacifier in its mouth.

Not my favorite doll
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doll is ok! I would feel jipped if I bought it. It doesn’t really “walk” you have to manipulate the legs in just the perfect way for it to work, which isn’t easy for my three year old to do by herself. I do like that the batteries were included! My toddler still seems to enjoy playing with the doll and helping the baby drink her bottle and get her to stop crying.

Its strengths lie in creating a more “living” baby experience with crying, walking, and accessories included. However, it’s not perfect: mechanical durability, battery life, and noise are possible pain points. If you or your child enjoy interactive baby dolls and are okay with the tradeoffs, this is a solid pick. But if you want something very durable or quiet, or with lots of variation over many years, you might eventually want a more premium or versatile doll. If you like, I can pull up comparisons between My First Steps and other Cry Babies models (like the “First Emotions”, “My First Bath”, or “Morning Routine”) to see which gives the best value / longevity. I loved her, it's like a simulation of a baby

Fun toy- great lights and sounds

The entertainment value is great my daughter thinks it's the cutest thing ever. Educational value is okay, I wouldn't say this is a developmental toy, more play. I do like that the crying allows my daughter to know the baby needs something. Overall we like it a lot!

Lots of accessories!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this cry babies my first steps for free in exchange for my honest review. One of the things ai really liked about this doll is that it came with a few different accessories including a bottle and shoes and a pacifier which is attached so it won't get lost. I also like that it allowed the child to learn with the toy about responding to cries. The downer is that it only makes like 3 or 4 repetitive sounds that might drive you crazy after only a few minutes. I'm worried that maybe a young child would get bored with this toy quickly.

Colicky Baby Doll
She cries….a ton. Pro tip, give this doll to the child of a parent you don’t like. We sleep with our daughter and she insisted on having the doll in bed the night she got it. It woke us up 3 times and we had to get it back to sleep with the pacifier. Thought I was done with the newborn days but I guess not. Even my 5 year old keeps asking me how to get her to calm down. Saying all that, she’s not your typical doll and is very interactive (whether you moms or dads like it or not). My daughter loves it. She’d give it 5 stars and I’d give it 1 so we’re meeting in the middle at 3.
