While this bed is cute and all that I expected as far as design it is definitely low quality. We had several slivers while putting this together and my toddler simple “helping” to put it together caused indentations in the wood. Not to mention it didn’t even come with directions. Luckily my husband is quite handy and was able to figure it out, but ridiculous it didn’t come with directions. It also puts off a strong “chemical” smell. While it’s not unpleasant it’s not idea for a child’s room. Truthfully, if my husband hadn’t already went through the hassle of putting it together without directions while I was at work we would have probably tried to return it.
