Cuisinart Elemental 13 Cup Food Processor with Dicing, Gunmetal - FP-13DGM

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just used this for the first time. I love it! It’s very easy to use and really saved my hands from crushing graham crackers for the cheesecake I was making. I love all the different attachments that come with this food processor. It’s going to get a lot of use in our kitchen.

Very satisfied so far. Well built and designed. Should last us a long time. Quite versatile.

Truthfully, I've only used it once, so far. But, the dicer works great and I'm looking forward to using it for more things.

There are some vegetables that work better with the dicing kit than others. Otherwise, it's just perfect. So versatile, and it performs so well. I love all the different components and the locking storage box.

Had a Cuisinart that was at least 20 years old loved it so when I cracked the top of it I knew I had to get another to replace it. Tried it to shredded cheese and it's is lighter and the motor is so much quieter...so far so good.

So powerful. Made well. Comes with many attachments and a case to hold them with a lock switch. Made pizza dough. You will not be disappointed.

I am loving my Elemental 13 cup food processor ! Recently retired so getting back into cooking at home but still hate all the prep work. I love using fresh ingredients and this has made the whole process so much more enjoyable. Clean up is a breeze. Looking forward to tackling more baking recipes in the future .

Although I am still in my trial stage of using this new food processor, I am very pleased! So far, I feel as though I’ve hit the lottery. I find my Elemental 13-cup food processor very easy to clean, and the safety features are amazing to me! I have not used the dicer yet, but I am very pleased with the adjustable slicer disc.

Best kitchen appliance ever. Having the option to use 2 bowl of different sizes is a game changer. There are so many recipes one can use by having the smaller mixing bowl. I had the initial version; the 1980’’s model and that was a real work horse but this design upgrade permits me to mix small batches of cookie recipes, salad dressings and seasonings like taco seasonings. Makes life in the kitchen easier for me due to the fact that I must follow a gluten free diet because of my sensitivities that require making many basics from scratch in small batches. Having had the initial model, I was familiar with how to operate this later version of the Cuisinart. So, I adapted to the new model quite easily. Regardless, it is a pretty easy set up. Beginners should be able to pick up the basics quickly. It’s Cuisinart. She processes like a charm. Additionally, the later version has more attachments that expand its function yet are neatly organized in a well designed case. As for clean up, it advertises that the parts are dishwasher safe. Like all my top notch kitchen ware, I wash and dry by hand. Using warm, soapy water, parts clean and rinse off easily. I really cannot say enough about how pleased I am with my selection. There were so many new models and versions and brands on the market today with endless comments, that selecting a new one when the safety lock feature on my old one broke after 40 years of use was daunting. But after study and seeing the new features that allowed one to mix small batches of various recipes, the dough mix and dicing features, I took the risk and went for it. I made the right choice. Instead of tucking the Elemental away between uses, I made counter space and today she sits proudly on my counter. Being there, I find myself using it far more than I used my previous one. Getting my money’s worth! I highly recommend this food processor: I could not be more pleased.

So many functions and attachments that I haven't had a chance to use them all. What I have used worked exceptionally well!

Easy to use and clean. Multiple accessories could apply to most every use case. Best gift for my wife.

Great machine. It works great once you figure out all of the attachments. My only problem is finding space to store all of the parts and pieces.

Works like expected. Instructions were a little hard to follow.

Replaced an older Cuisinart food processor with this one. It did a great job chopping the few things that I've used it for so far. Love that it has dicing capability (it worked better than I anticipated!) and the additional size openings to insert food. My only issue with this processor is the amount of storage space that it takes. The additional options are great, but keep in mind that there are two storage boxes; one for the blades and another for the dicing tools, and they are not small boxes. They're nice, just not small. I wish there was a way to combine all of the additional tools into one box.

I have had my last Cuisart for 33 yrs. I also worked at Burdines - now Macys, for several years giving cooking demos using Cuisnart products. I am very unhappy with this new machine. The machine used to metal, now cheap plastic. It rocks all over the countertop. The plastic bowl makes a cracking noise- it will not last. Poor Quality!

Nice, but Lg Work bowl broke where it snaps onto the base. A mnth old.
