[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're looking for a basic ranch dip, this one is okay. It tastes just like what you would think ranch dip should taste like. When you dip your veggies or chips in it, it's creamy and has that ranch flavor. But, it's not super special or different from other ranch dips. It's like the kind of dip you'd find at any store. Nothing in it makes you say, "Wow, this is amazing!" or "This is so different!" It's just a regular ranch dip that does its job. Good for when you want something familiar and easy to eat with your snacks. It's not bad, but it's not super exciting either. Just a plain, simple dip for when you want something to munch on.

Packaging is very standard and straight forward. Clearly marks nutritional value and ingredients. Dip is creamy and holds up to spooning into bowls for chips. The flavor is okay. Not completely a fan as I had to add a bit of salt. I can see this being used in a recipe if you didn’t have plain sour cream on hand; definitely in a chicken or beef recipe.

The first time I tried it I dipped flavored crackers in the tub, and I truly can't tell you how many I ate. I've also tried it with carrot sticks and loved that too. The flavor is tangy, but not overpowering. I'm hooked.

This would be great to use in creative recipes too. I’m not a cook but I bet you can find many uses if you’re a creative chef.

So I will say I am so happy daisy is now making a creamy ranch because I love the consistency of their traditional sour cream, and the ranch flavor is excellent. I have enjoyed it dipping and on and in my food.
