The Color palette of the 7x10 seems more of an overall true “grey” than I was expecting — some of the stock photos seemed to show some blue and green tones to the grey parts, but that’s not accurate. Q: Does this rug ever stop shedding? I fill my vacuum canister every time and the little fibers are all over our clothes. It's so beautiful I'm hoping it gets better!

A: Hello Mo313 - Great Question! It will get better, and we agree this is a beautiful rug. It will stop shedding. Here's our care instructions for wool rugs. Wool will always shed a bit, but it will settle down. Vacuuming helps, the beater bar should be raised to the highest level when vacuuming. Hope this helps. - Sherteen

Nice rug!
Love this rug! I've had it for about 4 months. Thick and high quality. Not thin. It's soft/padded to walk on. Mine does shed alot under my desk where my feet are mainly. I don't think this would be a good rug for playroom or somewhere you'd want to lay or sit on the floor just because the fuzz will get all over your clothes. Otherwise it's great and I love it!

Quality has gone down
I purchased this rug about 6 years ago and loved it so much that when it started to look worn I purchased another to replace it. Unfortunately the quality is not the same as the previous rug. It sheds like crazy despite dozens of vacuums and the wool is unraveling in several places after only a couple weeks. 2 weeks in and my vacuum clogged 6 times while vacuuming this rug! It feels flimsier and less densely tufted than the original as well. Very disappointing as I was very happy with my first rug! Love the design, but the quality just isn’t there anymore.

Amazing...
I bought this rug about 7/8 years ago and am still in love with it. 5 kids and a dog later, this rug still looks and feels amazing. It vaccums well, (against the manufacturer recomendation I do use the carpet vaccum brush because my kids are nasty dirty!!). It has been extremely stain resistant and it feels so comfortable to hang out on. I would definitly buy again. I wish they had a size larger than the 9x12. Just buy it! You will NOT be disappointed.

Ordered one of these years ago and finally ordered a second a few weeks ago for my daughter’s room. Beautiful colors and wonderful quality. I prefer to have wool rugs because I have little humans all over them and feel they’re more natural and don’t off gas. Maybe a little extra vacuuming early on and then it’s not so bad.

Gorgeous, well-made rug
I love this rug!! It is beautiful in person, and I’ve gotten tons of compliments on it. The colors are fun but subtle. It is made very well & has a pretty substantial pile. I will say, after having it down for several months now, there is some shedding, probably since it is all wool. It’s nothing too bad, and I don’t think it would ever shed enough to affect the look of the rug, but just wanted to note it. I only wish I had purchased a larger size because I love it so much!
