Danby 18" Wide Portable Dishwasher in White DDW1805EWP

A bit touchy when learning to use the device. The manual does not seem to have all of the needed instructions. When running it works well.

Product performs very well. Only problem was my Price Pfister kitchen faucet had a non-standard aerator thread and I had to purchase a "Universal Adapter" to be able to connect the dishwasher in the kitchen. Not Danby's fault.....got it working!!! This portable dishwasher is PERFECT for older homes with very small kitchens!!!!!!

So happy with this little dishwasher! It fits well in our small kitchen.

August 13th only used it a couple times, but it is a great little dishwasher. Happy customer.

I've had this for 2 years now. Works very well, very quiet. Had a small leak at the bottom, the hoses kept coming loose. Used a bit of Teflon tape problem fixed. But that drainage hose I see people complaining about, ya that's been an issue for sure.

I leave a 4 stars rating because the dishwasher is leaking a little bit and I will have to make a service call. Other than that, the dishwasher is very quiet and do an excellent job.

This has worked great in our small apartment and takes up little room for being a roll around dishwasher.

After 10 years of using my previous Danby portable dishwasher, it was time to get another. I won't use any other brands, this is the best one on the market. I've owned a lot of Danby products, it's a brand I have come to rely upon and Trust.

Fits my small kitchen perfectly, yet still seems to have lots of room for my dishes! Easy to install and runs quietly.

We have always purchase Danby Dishwashers. One we had we acidently broke a wheel. Danby was fantastic when we had to purchase a replaccement one.

constantly leaks. Doesnt properly drain out the water at the end of the cycle and water gets all over the floor.

Not sure, It was doing great till today, now I am having a problem with it.

It is the perfect size for my small area and really holds alot of dishes and cleans them great I love it

I had to edit my review because when I had it on pots and pans, it would continuously blink. It seemed like ours later it was still blinking or apparently I was just not giving it enough time when the cycle finished the light went off and let me know when it was done my pots and pans came out clean. I have now ran three loads through it and everything has came out clean. I don’t find the parts to be cheaply made at all.. It rolls around my floor fine , I love the stainless steel inside and it’s actually more roomy than I anticipated it to be . I have seen a lot of complaints about the drain hose. I’ve never had a portable dishwasher that you didn’t have to drain a little water out of the hose. I have possibly got about 2 ounces out of it.. I have had no issues with leaking. It seems like a great little dishwasher. I love it. It fits in small places and it definitely holds eight place settings and it held a set of pots and pans on one load and 6 baking dishes which included 2 cake pans , 3 casserole dishes and a loaf pan in another load and they came out clean ! I do recommend using gel detergent with it and use rinse aide . I definitely recommend others to purchase this.

Bought a home with no dishwasher and no under-the-counter space, so this dishwasher is perfect for us. Spacious inside, easy to hook up to the sink, compact, and rolls away when not in use. No complaints!

This works really great in a small place. If you load it meticulously, you can fit quite a bit. It's quiet but gets the dishes clean. I had to have mine replaced due to a mechanical issue and it was covered under warranty. Danby absolutely stood by their product!

Not completely satisfied. When I recieved the unit the top of the machine was not flush. Slightly elevated on one side. When I ran the unit for the first time on the 60min cycle it ran over the cycle time and I had the stop the machine manually and the icon was flashing the whole time. (which indicates a problem with unit) The good news is Danby sent out a service repair company and he leveled the top and recommended that the control panel be replaced with a new one. I'm still waiting for the repair guy to return however in the mean time the unit is working well (other than the few quirks) and washing the dishes exceptionally well. i'm sure Danby will stand by theie product and it will be repaired soon. It clean the dishes beautifully. Very easy to assemble. I made sure to add plumbers tape when connecting the hoses for extra security for no drips as that is normal for any hose connection. It's extremely quiet. It's size is perfect for two people. I saved money by buying this unit that does just as good a job as a bigger one. I really like that the hoses are not hiding inside the unit as this will ensure that they will not cause internal friction for future leaks. When detaching the hose I recommend you drain it into a bucket because it's long and it may capture some water in it. So far very grateful I made this purchase.
