Q: Do the drawers seem to be limited by the amount that they open? I can't seem to pull mine out enough to see the items in the back of the drawer.

A: Our drawer pulls do follow a typical dimension of other drawer pulls you can purchase separately, so you shouldn't have any issues finding replacements. The overall dimensions of our drawer pull is 4.45" x 0.87".

We purcahsed two of these in green to use as side tables in our living room. The green color is beautiful! I will be replacing the handles with brass as the black kind of clashes, but otherwise these are perfect. They were pretty easy to assemble and we had no issues. They seem very sturdy. Obviously not solid wood, but we found the matierals to be pretty solid and quality for the price!

I feel I need to warn any adults looking to purchase this for themselves (ahem) about some of the unexpected features of this “baby” dresser. First, the back panel is made up of massive, thick, and extremely heavy particleboard, which I suppose is an anti-tipping feature, but… oof this was hard to get up the stairs! And second, the drawers are a bit shallow and only open seven inches. Yes, seven. Again, I suspect this is an anti tipping feature, but it’s a bit disappointing as it hampers use somewhat. I was still able to fit my socks and my medicine cabinet items (bandaids, cough/cold meds, etc) into it, so it’s good enough. It’s an attractive dresser, but unfortunately the decorative trim on the drawer fronts isn’t glued on terribly well- so parents beware that this could possibly get pulled off. Also, it doesn’t come with any protective floor pads or leveling feet, so I need to wipe paint scrapes off of my laminate from dragging the frame to my bedroom (remember it’s HEAVY). Overall, I like it, but I wish I had realized what I was getting myself into with a “baby” dresser.

I’ve been searching for larger nightstands and these turned out to be perfect. The drawers are deep enough to hold a lot of clothing and other items. The downside of them is that the directions aren’t too clear. There are no written instructions, just pictures. I am not good with just pictures so had a few difficulties but managed to put two of these together. Some of the pieces were off kilter just enough to make fastening the parts of the drawers difficult. All pieces were marked though one was mis-marked. I would suggest laying out all pieces before starting construction and take your time.

The dresser is prefab in a box, so I wasn’t anticipating high quality, but it is basically cardboard drawers. It’s falling apart, and all I store in it is winter hats and gloves. The drawer bottoms are so thin and don’t stay together. I included a picture of the drawer brace; it keeps popping out. All that is in the drawer are gloves, and I bought it last month in May (it’s mid-June now), so it hasn’t been opened at all. The screws to secure the drawers are wider than the board and it splinters it. The top has a paint quality issues and looks like someone sneezed all over it (the speckles are the damage). From a distance it looks nice, but for a daily piece, this wouldn’t last long at all, and I would never put a child on this to change them.

This dresser is solidly made with engineered wood which is much better than particle board. The assembly is very self-explanatory, but goes easier with two people to assemble it (one person to hold pieces steady). It was sturdy and looked very nice when assembled; however, one of the runners that came assembled was warped which caused the drawer to not close properly. Of course, this was not discovered until after the entire piece was assembled. Target returns was very helpful on scheduling a pickup from UPS after we disassembled it and put it back in the original box, they gave us a discount on the reorder, and they mailed it immediately via 2 day shipping. Overall, this is a lovely piece, you just never know if the pieces will arrive warped.

This dresser is easy to put together, took me at most an hour on my own. First time building a dresser, not my first Da Vinci product. The instructions are all pictures but straight to the point. My only complaint is the paint job that was done and some streaks with minimal paint and few dents here and there. Not entirely return, still beautiful. Does come with the anti tip system!

After pushing this 200 lbs (feels like it) box from front gate to front door , building for 1.5 hrs ,I began screwing piece “E” to “A” and as I’m screwing in everything the carved in circle where you insert screw got too wide and now screw won’t stay in place. So frustrating!!! Not sure if it’s important part and can still finish building and will still be sturdy or I should just stop and return this darn thing . Ughhhhhh.

I have no complaints about these dressers, other than assembly. I've assembled at least a hundred pieces of furniture like this, and have never seen the odd screw system they use inside these dressers. Everything is put together using an allen wrench, but there is very little space to actually turn it, resulting in LOTS of extra time and effort. The instructions were very clear, although it was so simple I didn't really use them. The drawers came with the roller channels already attached, so that saved an enormous amount of time. This was not the set I intended to buy, but Target has been out of the ones I wanted, for months. I'm still happy with this set, after looking at literally everything out there in this price range.

I started at 6:40pm and finished at 8:20pm. Completed it by myself. Follow the instructions!!! I can’t stress this enough! I used the wrong screw when attaching C and F and ruined the the paint on the surface. It’s still beautiful but that one crack in the paint irks me. It’s came well packaged and it seems to be pretty solid. My girl is only a 4 months so I hope we get good use out of this one! It stands pretty tall and is wide! Check the dimensions before ordering!
